had a pizza delivered extremely over cooked and burnt. I live less than a mile away and it was also ice cold. the reason tor the 4 stars is the way the manager handled it when I returned the pizza the next day. Great service!! the store also looks nice and seemed very clean. I will give them another chance.

Why put a number to call if you don't have patience. Terrible service. They hang up on you.

My family ordered cheese and Hawaiian pizza, brought it home and 5 min after eating we started throwing up. We had the worst food poisoning ever. It’s been few days now and just started feeling better. All 5 of us. Do not wish this on anyone. Will be making our own pizza at home from now on.

6:30p.m. pick up on 11/15/2023... Every single guy working in there made me glad that I went in. Fast service from multiple crew... Friendly and courteous, excellent customer experience. High fives and 100 pepperonis to each of you! I hope your bosses see who worked tonight and congratulates every one of you accordingly!

Walked in and was greeted by a guy making the pizza dough. Continued to walk to register and was working via phone, and cashier never spoke and/or acknowledged me. When I called him out, he said that he found it rude that I was on my phone. The moral of the story is to never assume a person is talking for leisure... never. I'm big on customer service, being a manager myself, my experience was not it. I'm sure it would've been different if I was in uniform. SMH

Ordered on app using their ‘location’ service from my dominos app account which ive used in past. My address came up as usual but they delivered to house next door who werent home. Neighbor brought food over an hour after scheduled delivery. Called store and Manager refused to honor delivery guarantee or even a discount on future purchase. So im out 37 bucks for cold food. Ive contacted customer service who will likely not reply. Do not use this place for delivery. Im done with dominos. Little caesars, papa johns and store bought pizza from now on

Shawna was my delivery driver and by far I couldn’t be more satisfied with our interaction. She was polite and nice. Very respectful and overall kind. I don’t order delivery often because delivery customer service has gone down hill but she was wonderful! Thank you Shawna!

Worst experience ever delivery driver delivered our pizza to the wrong house tried to call and figure it out the person I spoke to was very rude I couldn’t even get a word in before he hung up on me tried to call back he immediately hung up again. This wouldn’t even be too big of a deal because dominos isn’t even that good it’s just convenient but we ordered using our card so we won’t get the money back right away it was not a good experience at all couldn’t even get the mans name or anything I suggest you guys hire a new person to answer the phones.

It's ok, tomato sauce is so red and not Italian gravy that I like and make!

My elderly, physically disabled mother called to order a pizza from this establishment. When she called and asked if they could do a curbside delivery so she did not have to struggle to walk in, she was told on the telephone that was too bad and she had to come in anyway. The associate then proceeded to hang up the telephone. My mother was so upset to be treated in this manner, that she was in tears. I entered the store and informed the associates that I wanted to speak to who refused her service and hung up on her. I was told to get out of their store, and was told multiple times to "get to stepping." Choice words were shared between the two of us, and I have never in my life seen such a poorly managed restaurant. The ADA is also going to be contacted for refusing service to a disabled individual. This place should be shut down.

First, I use this dominoes on a weekly basis and everything is always amazing.I’m finally leaving a review because Mike saved my butt Tuesday morning. I forgot to order pizza for my students’ last day of school. I usually do it in advance - awful end of the year mistake on my part. I was about to have a classroom full of sad kiddos. Mike was able to put in my fairly large order and get it to my school quickly, just in time for lunch! He also threw in a cookie brownie as a late teacher appreciation / end of year surprise. Super thankful!

I order here often as well as my coworkers and the last five orders have always come with something missing. Sometimes the response time and customer service is adequate, however, this evening, I was quite disappointed in the way my partial order was handled. Unfortunately, I’m not within delivery area, so I have to drive far out to come, and I was very disappointed when half of my order was missing so when I called, I was shocked that the person that answered the phone never even apologize for the inconvenience and just quickly handed me over to a manager. By the time I got to the manager I was upset. So that conversation was ended as he hung up when I did cuss after again no one even apologized. When I called back calmly to let them know that I will be back for my pizza, I was still told by that manager, Kenny that he would not deal with me, and he hung up again when I asked him to please not hang up. When I did get to the store, he did quickly make my pizza, which I was very appreciative of. However when I asked for his name, he quickly came out, and in front of another customer started talking loudly, laughing asking why I needed to know his name, and letting me know that he will not give me the owners business information number, and then I was not allowed to have it and our conversation was recorded and it was ridiculous. I did admit the first conversation did not go well, however the second conversation I did nothing wrong, but just try to ask for my food and I was hung up on saying that I was not going to be dealt with. I asked him to please talk to the other customers as I thought that point, I felt uncomfortable as I was waiting for my food, I heard him very clearly talking about me, and I was told that as a human he had the right to say and do whatever he wanted. The other staff aside from the young girl, who answered the phone, was very professional, and was very apologetic as I was to for the fact that this whole thing happened. As I explained to Kenny over the phone before I got agitated, in customer service , starting off with an apology when something was done wrong on your part does a long way with a customer as you don’t know what they’re dealing with. As customers and as humans as Kenny put it, we all have good days and bad days and moments we’re not proud of. When dealing with customers we may not be happy to deal with , for the sake of the business, it’s best just to apologize for your screw up and see what she can do to being defensive, telling me what I need to make sure it’s actually here. Thank you to the other manager who quickly stepped up and was very nice and apologetic as I was apologetic as well. My staff and I as well as my family order here very often but thanks to Kenny we have decided to choose another establishment as I’m sure he would be happy with.
