I just waited 12 minutes for a cup of coffee and a donut and drove away and found I had been given an ice cold cup of coffee. Did not have time to go back or go somewhere else. Called all the numbers associated with this store with no response.

I just ordered a small frozen chocolate that cost $4.22. When I got to the window I wondered why it didn't have whip cream & chocolate drizzle and asked... I was told they changed the menu and it would cost an extra .25 cent to add it on. When I checked on the app, whip cream and chocolate drizzle is including in the making of this drink, and is not an "add in or customized" order. Very disappointed ?.

We waited over 5 minutes in line, inside. There was 2 people in front of us, 1 being waited on. 4 people working there, 3 on the drive thru, 1 on the store. Both us and the people walked out. Get it together! No one had any awareness of people in the store. The drive thru had 2 cars in it.

Leaving this review for the management. Getting word about you firing one of your best employees with the best customer service for doing there best when leaving them in charge. That’s on you for not having an onsite manager there to guid them to the right decision. They were a big part of the reason I went there because I could count on them to make amazing coffee in a timely manner and if it was wrong or messed up they would fix it. This could have been a 5 star but you lost my business unless you correct your actions of terminating your best employee.

Went in today at 3:30 to get a dozen doughnuts for the nurse's at the hospital. They had only maybe a dozen doughnuts available with 8 being Bavarian. Guy didn't care when I asked if other doughnuts were available. On a possible snow day bad management. 2nd time this has happened. It's disappointing as the doughnuts are usually excellent.
