We haven't been here for the last two years and probably won't ever go back.The person seating us spoke very little English and was difficult to understand, but she was very cheerful, happy, and polite!The waitress was not really wanting to be there due to waking up with a migraine headache that morning. She took our order and was off. The food finally brought to our table, and the waitress was like, "Do you want these hash browns? The kitchen didn't know what do with them and if you don't want them, we'll throw them away. " She went on to say that they had made them by mistake. Well, we ordered hashbrowns, and yes, we wanted them. She's like, "Oh, I'm in such a cloud this morning."The eggs were ordered as over medium but were cooked barely over easy.Not impressed!

Never again. I will never eat at ANY ihop ever again because of how awful and horrible this place is. First of all the food is disgusting. Undercooked, sloppy, and tasteless. Second and MOST IMPORTANT, the staff is extremely rude. I ordered a delivery order through their website including tip totaling $30 bucks. After waiting an hour and half, no one called me. And no food. I call the restaurant and this extremely rude unprofessional girl with red hair (she looks black, but speaks spanish) answers the phone and tells me that they don’t deliver. Only door dash. I say i ordered it through your website. Why does it say delivery? She says she doesn’t know but no one can deliver my food. I say well then cancel my order and refund my money please. She says no. She can’t. I ask for her name and she refuses to give me her name. So drive all the way to the restaurant, of course she has no name tag. I make them cook me fresh food and leave. I paid for delivery even though i drove 35 minutes to get it. When i saw this disgusting dry nasty food, i’m so upset with this whole experience i just threw it away as soon as i left. Waste of $30 and my entire day has been ruined because of this place. Never again. I will never ever eat at an ihop ever again. Buyer beware.

This location is understaffed, in addition to there not being an employee behind the front desk to seat anyone anytime we've come in, the service is very slow which has made the food cold. Your staff are doing the best they can with few resources. Step up, fix your restaurant. If you can't adequately staff it, then close it.

Took my youngest daughter and husband with their friend to Culpeper IHOP today. Had the worst experience I have ever had at this type restaurant. Chynesia our waitress should be fired! Worst service and attitude that I have ever ever received from anyone. No professionalism and very rude!! Did not bring all our food out and didn't bother about refilling drinks, etc. Finally had another waitress assist. Got hash browns delivered after meal had been eaten. Hash browns were still not cooked!!! Waitress said well you don't have to pay extra for them because they are part of the meal. Extremely unprofessional!!!!!
This ihop in culpper is much better than Fredericksburg in central park the atmosphere is brighter and service is better and the food is better and my order was right I went to both in a 2 week span and will go out of my way to eat at the Culpeper
