Anyone else order 6 piece chicken tenders at KFC? I was told 3, 6 or 9. The 6 piece cost $17. No sides. Nothing but a couple napkins.Oh, and I got a bowl. With potatoes, a mountain of gravy, corn, cheese, and a few small chunks of chicken. No. That wasn't what I ordered. That is exactly what I would never have ordered. Ever.Had this price been posted, I would have driven straight through the drive thru.

Okay, I've reloaded, because we're diving into a culinary disaster zone that needs a serious wake-up call. Let me tell you, I've seen my fair share of KFC kitchens as a chicken cook, from Olney to Brentwood Maryland to Jacksonville Florida, and never have I encountered a place nasty like this. Now, I'm all for giving second chances, but this joint needs to hit the reset button, pronto. So, picture this: I roll up to the drive-thru, because apparently, the doors are locked tighter than a beach house shut up on hurricane season. I order a classic 3-piece chicken meal and a chicken sandwich, thinking I'm in for a finger-lickin' good time. But oh boy, was I wrong. By the time I get home and sink my teeth into that drumstick, I'm met with a crunch louder than a bowl of Frosted Flakes without milk. Seriously, folks, it's like they cooked those birds at the crack of dawn and left 'em sitting in the heat lamp until sundown. And don't even get me started on the expiration dates – it's like they're playing fast and loose with food safety regulations. Listen up, KFC kitchen crew, you can't just sweep your mistakes under the rug and hope nobody notices. People deserve better than CRUNCHY, past-their-prime chicken served through a drive-thru window. It's time to get your act together, because this kind of sloppy service is a recipe for disaster. Get it together.

Employees bad attitudes and just rude ... Monik and Amy and a blonde lady... All rude and yelling and couldn't take order right trying to make a scene in front of customers.... I'll never go to Culpeper KFC again... I'll even let friends and family know as well.....

Never going there again my husband ordered a 2 piece chicken with sweet tea. The tea had no sugar. The chicken was extremely greasy.I ordered a 3 piece chicken strips with fries. The chicken strips were hardly bigger than a chicken nugget. Both mine and my husbands fries were so dry and hard we could not eat them.I ordered honey mustard sauce. She gave us none. I ordered an unsweetened tea because I am a diabetic. . We asked for a sugar substitute and the drive through lady just looked at us. She did not annunciate her words so we couldn’t understand her. When we asked if whatever she gave us was sugar free she rolled her eyes and shut the window. She was extremely rude. The date is 12/20/23. @ 6:30 pm. No wonder you never see any customers there!!!
Can not rate the food. The store closed the lobby due to a parade. Could only access through drive through but due to parade you couldn't drive to the drive through. Spoke to an employee claiming to be a cook. Was very rude and disrespectful. Will drive to warrenton for KFC in the future. Customer service sucks and if your closing you lobby and only allowing drive through during a parade they don't want to sale chicken either. Family of 11 you lost out on a big sale. Can't rain the food below wasn't able to buy food.

Service. Depend on who works there... you know some of KFC teams were awaked that deaf customers writing... they kept saying, "i don't understand a note." Even though I wrote so clearly... I quickly realize that they depend on the iPhone - order only - not text, too. Wow! Ha

I hade a great experience in this kfc is my first time coming to this location and miss Monique Johnson was extremely helpful and very nice Her customer service skills is top notch even tho she looked very tire she still smile and help me with no hesitation I will definitely be coming back to this

Informed the lady at the drive through that a horrible smell of raw sewage was going through the drive through. She said it was a ME problem not a her problem and I should call the county to report it.
