We ordered 2 xl large pizzas. When we picked up they gave us our order and we drove home. They gave us the completely wrong pizza so we call. They acted like we were wrong, and them said they would deliver us one. When the delivery gets here is a medium pizza!! We called i have 7 hungry children and cant feed them all waited 3 hours to for pizza they promised the second time they would send out the correct pizza never heard from them and the pizza never came. I wanted a refund we did not receive the correct pizza that i pay $34 for. They acted like we never ordered from them said they couldn't find our order!!

We have been ordering pizza from this place since we have move to Culpeper. Food was always great and service was awesome!Since they have moved to this new location both has been zero stars.This evening we ordered and extra large cheese pizza. And this is what we got, my kids are not picky when it comes to food. But they did not wanted to eat this burned pizza.When we called the rude lady said that the owner changed the cheese and from now on this is how their pizza will be.Looks like we need to find a new pizza place to go to!!WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!

Interesting experience with our last order - The wrong pizza was delivered. (2nd time)We called and were informed it would be an hour before the correct pizza could be delivered or we could have a refund.Initially we wanted a White Pizza, but what we got was a cheese and spinach pizza with tomato sauce.So we took the refund and decided to pick off the spinach. We got out our plates and sat down in an attempt tosalvage dinner only to discover ....THE PIZZA WAS UNCUT !

Went to the "new" location...first thing noticed was sticky tables...when asked if the table could be wiped down the waitress stated that "it's the table, everyone complains". If that's the case, why not put tablecloths on the tables? There was even a group that came in after us and they also complained about the sticky tables. The waitress told them the same thing she told us. Then there was the food, it was awful and disappointing! The baked spaghetti was watery with no seasoning, the meatballs were bland. A total change for the worst! Will think twice before going back.

Just went in with my mom for the first time to try it out. I asked if we could sit anywhere or if we just ordered up front. I was told we could sit . Was an incredibly awkward experience our Server honestly either has never been a server before , doesn't like people , or Just did not like us. I asked if they had club soda i was looked at like i was d**** And told no , so i asked what do you have the response was just Coke products . our Server looked annoyed she even had to explain what those products were. I asked if she had water I received an annoyed yes. I honestly was very uncomfortable and i wanted to leave but the server had already come so i didn't want to waste her time. The pasta menu had one 1 description for the alfredo everything else I had to google what could possibly be in it. I asked the server if anything came with the fried ravioli she looked at me in disbelief like if I should already know. And just goes Marinara sauce with a condescending tone. I was so shocked I just sat in silence my mom went ahead and ordered her food no problem . we both got salads with ranch, we didnt get ranch they were out which was the only moment our server actually smiled at us was to tell us that they were out . so we had to ask for a different dressing . the silverware i received was not clean it had dried left over food on it . i had to ask for another set. My salad was okay but my moms lettuce was not cut and she got the ends of the lettuce no one wants she didnt eat it she picked through it. The toasted Ravioli was actually very good the marinara sauce was cold , i didnt mind it was a good balance but it was unexpected. My moms personal pizza she said was very good . But my Parmesan shrimp was burnt . I tried 1 bite and the sauce and the shrimp tasted burnt. I really didnt want to make a scene so I just put it in the to go container. By then we had gotten a different server ours dissappeared and the one that replaced her was actually really kind and i didnt want to give her any trouble. Overall i only recommend getting take out , the dine in experience is uncomfortable , the toasted ravioli and my moms personal pizza will be the only reason we would ever consider eating there again. But it was unfortunately a very dissapointing first experience. I really hope things get better than what we went through.

Terrible completely terrible!I asked for ranch for my salad, didn’t get any dressing period! Asked for sour cream for my quesadilla, they said okay and when I didn’t see any they said they were out. They are out of salsa. Offer delivery then say they aren’t doing delivery. When I called to speak to a manager the girl that answered tried pretending to be the manager I recognized the same voice as before and asked if it was the manager she said well he’s busy!Terrible place!

Our waitress was very friendly and awesome. She was very attentive and checked on us several times throughout our wait and meal. Pizza took a little longer than she expected it would so she stopped by to let us know it was cooking. Pizza was great! Crust was crisp and toppings tasted awesome. Daughter loved her Alfredo noodles. Cheese sticks were hot and melted and dipping sauce was flavorful. One thing I’d note is put toasted raviolis have cheese in them. We visited here from St. Louis and bit into them and expected meat like back home lol. All in all very happy we picked you over the competition in the area!

Been here a few times,, keep hoping that the owners figure out that the staff is not very into working with the public. And as long as you understand that the staff is not there for you, it's a decent place. When you have to get your own menus and put them back, deal with staff with an attitude,(there were only 2 tables taken and I was one of them)you can deal with this place. Once you get over that, the food is good, just a little overpriced.

I really love the fried raviolis y’all have BUT the people you having running the front area and answering your phones need some serious attitude changes! I am your customer be happy that I am buying your product. I’m a very positive happy person and I’ve dealt with your staff many times with dine in and over the phone and not even one time did one smile, laugh or thank me. When answering the phones .. The guy immediately says pick up or delivery? How about Thank you for calling how can I help you?After this evening I will no longer be having the fried raviolis or buying anything from Mama Mais Pizza. And I definitely will not be telling a friend!Think about this loss: $50 a week.. $200 a month.. $2600 a year. For just one person! I see over 200 people a day in Culpeper. Think about the ones I could have told about the fabulous cheese fried raviolis!Get your employees some customer service skill classes!Thanks ?

You guys might want to have a better phone system or place the phones somewhere where whomever is taking the order can actually hear... I ordered a steak and cheese wrap and got a " Philly steak pizza " insteadI called back and asked for her to read my order back and yes she wrote the completely wrong item down .. was giving you guys another try as before slice or you guys " it was never confirmed " didn't make our order and when I called after 45 minutes it had to be made then and took an additional 25 minutes.. so o well

Everytime my family visits Culpeper, we have to order from here! We have tried multiple menu items and loved each one. From pizza, to steak & cheese, salads and the wings are hands down our favorite to order from anywhere (even in our area!). The staff is always friendly, that makes the experience even better.
