If I could leave a zero I would. If you have the option to go to a different Pizza Hut, stay away from this one. I had simply asked for ranch twice, and was completely ignored. As a family, we were charged two trips to the salad bar all for some ranch. FOR RANCH!!! Stay away from this one because the very heavyset gentleman is beyond rude and you can really tell he hates his job from the way he treats people.

We had not been to Pizza Hut since we were teenagers! lol! Decided to give it a try since our go to pizza place wasn't open yet. We got the New York style pizza and loved it! Also the pizza was ready within minutes! We may make this our new "go to" pizza place!

While in Pittsburgh we had ordered Pizza Hut and had a small issue, we were given a $20 credit through an email from corporate saying it was attached to my phone number. Came to Culpeper location to use it the two male staff were very friendly. I showed them the email they very nicely got the manager. She comes out rudely in an attitude saying she didn’t see a credit to my number and she didn’t know who sent me this email but I have no credit and if I have a problem o should call the store not go online… this lady looks like a she had just snorted a few lines before coming out the back and obviously shouldn’t be in a management position. She knows no customer service. I’m also in management in retail and this isn’t it lady. If you wanna act like you are taking your pizza that seriously clean the restaurant the salad bar looked horrible and not a single customer in the place. Obviously your not doing a great job Karen

Yelp needs a zero stars option for this Pizza Hut. Ordered 2 personal pans pizzas and 6 wings and still couldn't get that right. I ordered mine without pepperoni because I can't eat that so of course they put pepperoni on mine. Plus, there was so much grease I could squeeze the crust and get enough oil to fry a chicken. Both ranch dips were open and leaked everywhere. The wings were weird with too much liquid smoke flavor. All went into the garbage, gross!

I’m literally quite confused how this place has high ratings, I am unsure if everyone went to the same pizza hut as me in the town of culpeper. The customer service was horrid, the gentleman was on his phone and eating food at the front counter, he was clearly not amused to take our order or even be working. He messed up on the checkout portion which overcharged my card because he added a tip and stated it was fine and that nothing was wrong even though I showed the receipt saying otherwise (and to my surprise (not really) about 3 days later when the transaction completed my card was surely overdrawn. I didn’t bother calling to argue it. The food was mediocre the wings were supposed to be buffalo but they tasted more like buffalo mixed with bbq and that makes me wonder if something wasnt cleaned before the sauce was put in/if the wings were resauced/if they messed up and then just threw buffalo on top. The bread sticks weren't cut it was just a block of bread. The marinara sauce was openly sitting on the counter uncapped while the gentleman was again eating and on his phone. Various workers coming in and out from smoke breaks. The interior of the restaurant was just plain dirty and run down. Writing this makes me incredibly sad as pizza hut is one of my favorite chains but this pizza hut is most likely on its last legs as its predecessors. Hopefully things turn around and they get it together.

Waiter got the drinks wrong to start off. The table was kinda dirty. They were not busy at all in the dine in. We were the only 5 people there eating. The building needs some up keep for sure and cleaned better.
