“Me and my co-workers (one of them Chinese) went here during lunch in a rush since we were limited on time, I was so happy I found it to be delicious and fresh, I ordered the egg rolls and combination fried rice. I will be back soon! So yummy! The owner was very friendly and our food came out quickly, returned to work with a happy face and happy belly! So satisfying!“

“I've been getting takeout from this place for thirty years, their egg rolls used to be huge. The egg rolls are still bigger than other restaurants, but not as big as they used to be. This restaurant is takeout or delivery only, there are no tables, just an order counter and some seats to wait for your food. It's a reliable option, but not the best Chinese food in the area.“

Food is always amazing and I put in for the owner to start soup dumplings and she considered and I’m literally ordering them tonight! They’re very accommodating they listen to everything you say! “If you love Korean food and Chinese food, then you come to the right place. This is a small hole in the wall restaurant that serves excellent food. It reminded me of the little side restaurants in Korea where you can get a good home cooked meal. After leaving Korea, part of this dining experience left me as well. Finding a great authentic restaurant like this in the Ft Belvoir area is not easy to come by. The place is small with limited seating, so check before coming by. The food was outstanding, and we will be back for more. Service was not bad food came out hot and prompt.“

“I love Hunan Taste! I have been ordering regularly for about 6 months now and it is ALWAYS delivered fresh, fast, and delicious. The hot and sour soup is hearty and so good, I also get the tofu sesame and my wife loves the general tsos chicken.“

“I came here as a kid and rediscovered online when I moved back in the area. Holy shit is it still delicious. The portions are INSANE for the price, so much food im full but I keep eating. It's dangerously good I can feel myself gaining weight. Ill eat here till the day I die. ALSO, excellent service. When I came in the young lady at the desk told me she added extra spring rolls for free! WHAT?! you mean to tell me that I get amazing food for cheap AND they gave me free food. “Ordered sesame chicken, beef with broccoli and shrimp lo mein. All tasty and good portions. Look for the sign and you’ll find this spot closer to the back lot. There was a table that blocked entry into the dining room so I think it’s only takeout or delivery.“

“I went to chopstick over 6 months ago and wasn't impressed. Recently I went in and noticed the decor is a lot nicer and the staff is extremely friendly. I also noticed there is some authentic Szechuan dishes on their menu and decided to take a chance. Well, I'll have to say they are legit! “The pad Thai was the the best I've ever had. Tried some fried pork and papaya salad it was delicious!!!Very traditional Laos food. Food came out hot and fast. The lady in the front was so nice. I would definitely come here again, maybe give one of the soups a try.“

“My first time ordering from this place. I got wonton soup and general tso chicken. The wonton soup was really good. The wontons looked homemade. I would definitely recommend. The general tso chicken was also good. However, only complaint is that it didn't have any spice to it and zero red peppers were in the sauce which is unusual.“

“Ginger Beef doesn't really have an eating area, so it's difficult to judge the atmosphere. I'd argue that this location is for carry out and delivery only...and that's OK. I've ordered here three times and have had a quality experience all three times...thick chunks of white, hot food, abundant wonton in your soup order, and friendly service. I've ordered the almond chicken twice and find they use a modest amount of sauce and breading. You won't find yourself with huge mystery chunks of fried MSG or dry stalks of pulled meat. Again, this location is primarily a kitchen and pick up in the tradition of what you'll find in the city, corner carry outs. I've been disappointed that they have not had any half and half during my visits, so that's a goal that would help this location soar to higher levels. They also have great white rice, which can never be understated.“

“Best Chinese food in Woodbridge, VA. I've been ordering from here for over 20 years with no problems. I live in Dumfries now but I rather drive to this location. The Chinese cuisine close to me just doesn't cut it like China House in the feather stone plaza by Food Lion. My favorite is their chicken wings, steamed dumplings, and shrimp w/ broccoli. Older building but the food speaks for itself. Family owned and quality.“

“We have been going to Gunston Wok for a good portion of my life. We eat there regularly. It is one of our favorite restaurants.The food is so much better than other Chinese restaurants. I am regularly disappointed when we are out of the area and order food from another Chinese restaurant. They are nowhere near as good as Gunston Wok.It is very affordable. With inflation going crazy, other places have become way more expensive. We spend approximately $10 per person here. We always have enough food leftover for another one or two lunches in the days following. All the leftovers microwave very well.The people at Gunston Wok know our orders so well that sometimes they are confused when we decide to switch it up some. ?If you are looking for a good, dependable restaurant, this is definitely the place to go. It's always one of the top places we eat at. ?“

“This is the second time I ordered here. I like the taste of the food. Price is very reasonable and the price includes a spring roll or a shrimp Rangoon. I tried both and they are excellent. We tried the triple delight, orange chicken and general Tso chicken between our 2 visits. Food is generally delicious. The portion is generous.“

I asked for extra ginger to be added to soup because my wife wasn't feeling well and they made it just perfect! I got the General Tso tofu extra spicy and my boyfriend got the Shrimp Lo Mein. my tofu was on the crispier side but that’s not much of a problem for me. pricing is adequate and portions are generous, lots of leftovers! I read lots of reviews before choosing this place out of the chinese takeout options. i’m glad i found this place and will definitely be coming back in the future.Vegetarian options: I’m a very picky vegetarian and prefer my tofu prepared in a specific way. for the most part restaurants tend to fry their tofu but there have been times where the tofu was breaded before being fried. if you’re an avid tofu lover i would most certainly recommend this place. there is also a wide selection of vegetarian options on the menu.“

“This spot is doing Chinese and Japanese cuisine, and I tried to try a bit of both to see what it was all about. The owner was very friendly, and was the one making the sushi. The sushi was interesting, the California Roll was simple, basic, however the rice was definitely a bit more on the mushy side, over cooked for sure. The Spider Roll was very different that what I'm used to as it had a large Romaine Lettuce leaf incorporated into the roll. I always like to try new things, but not sure if it worked...The Chicken Corn Soup w/ the crispy Wontons and Sweet & Sour Sauce were exceptionally delicious.I also ordered Chicken in Garlic Sauce from the Lunch Special Menu, and requested it to be a bit spicier. Oh that was yummy, as I loved their house Chili Oil as well.“
