I always order online and mentioned to toasted my bread and cheese. They never tossed my sandwiches. They are worst. Do not order online.

The food was great. it just sucks they didn't add avocado to my number 7 Mexicali sandwich... disappointed I had paid for extra and got none... just double-check your orders before leaving, or you may be disappointed other than that food was great ?

Considering its past reviews this location has gotten better. I would have given 5 stars but some of my orders looked as if I owed the owner some money and they took some meat off to pay my debt. I can say that because on some days my subs are full….. I suppose it depends on the server. Also, I am not being unreasonable. For a sub called “The Monster” id expect what is in the description.

Ordered from this location on Uber eats twice now, both times I've ordered chocolate chip cookies and yet they give me oatmeal raisin instead.

2/8/23 I went in around 6pm ish with my brother and the lady was kind with my brother getting his order right. There was another girl about my age, I believe it was her first time and she was so kind and trying. We made eye Contact as we left lol but she did good very good. Thank you!! I should've known better. My day wasn't going well. So I decided to treat my grandkids after school. They decided on Subway. Good. I had coupons in my purse. Good ones. One kid wanted 12" Great Garlic and the other wanted 6" turkey and cheese meal with chocolate milk. Navigating the app was a nightmare. I called the store for live help. Haha. She was rude when I asked about using the coupon when I said I'm picking up curbside..I have a mobility problem. She said then you can't use the coupon. I said but I can't come in. And she....yes...Hung up on me. I finished doing the order online myself.. having to deal with recharging my phone and a very cranky hungry kid. I pulled into the spot in front of the store for pickup. So since I couldn't go in I had to pay full price. Which came to $28. Holy crap. I ordered a 12-in great garlic and a 6 in turkey and cheese meal. Why $28? So we waited and waited and waited. I could only see two ladies at the counter working. A couple of people went in and then exited with their order. I kept trying to call the store to find out why they're not bringing mine or calling me to tell me that mine is ready but they were not answering the phones. I finally flashed my lights when the store was empty and then called and she answered. I said is my order ready yet she said is your name Mrs blankety blank. I said yes. She said yes it's ready. I said well could you please bring it out. And she did. when we got home the 6-in sub meal turned into a 12-in sub meal ... Included chips but no chocolate milk. Screwed again. I'll never go to that Subway again. Ever ever ever. It was in mapledale plaza. Right across the street is a McDonald's that has the worst drive-thru in the world but I would go there in a heartbeat because the food is always good and the service is outstanding. Have a nice day y'all.

Why do they keep this one open I never get fresh bread each time myself or my family member have resorted to eating here. And why have staff whom can't speak or understand fluent English I have to point nod and repeat 5x my order n always check your tab before leaving.

Best Subway experience ever! Just left the place, young kid working the sub-line... greeted us when we walked in, started a nice conversation while he was making the sub. Made the experience externally pleasant. Will definitely be coming back!!! Thanks kid! Stay in school and don't sleep in class. :)

I went to the mapledale location before they close at 10 PM and I understand workers hate late arrivals but as a customer its frustrating that they lock the door before they even were supposed to close and then one of the workers came out and said that they closed because they only have two people working but it was literally empty there was no other customers there and so I said well if you were the owner of this establishment you wouldn’t be closed right now.

The store just reopened with new staff. They are not wearing hair nets while makring my sub and the airpod of one of the employees nearly touched my sub... Not great.
