I have several complaints about this place. Ordered a banana split months ago..I asked for extra strawberry and chocolate syrup..paid extra and they didn't give me extra. Just today I ordered something, and she didn't give me my change...not to mention they keep closing I guess because lack of employment.....but that's there fault several people I know applied and I don't think anyone got hired.

This place is highly sentimental to me to begin with as my papa used to bring me here all the time when I was younger and I'm 25 now and he passed away at the age of 70 a few weeks ago. I went for the first time in years last night and was legitimately sobbing at the memories it brought up for me; the ice cream was great and the people were nice and it looks cool since they remodeled but my favorite thing to get there used to be the Oreo earthquake I don't know if y'all still have it or not but I'd like to have it if it's on the menu. I got the caramel cheesecake blizzard and it was yummy

They flip your ice cream upside down to prove that it doesn't weigh anything. I'm pretty sure that means it doesn't have any calories. Defying physics, it makes me feel heavier after I eat it. Magical

The ice cream was excellent. The lady that waited on us barely spoke and looked miserable. I think she hated her job. The younger girl working the drive-thru seemed friendly to her customers.

Wow. I cannot say anything but "disappointing."I've been to the drive thru plenty if times and it's been great. Unfortunately this time we went inside. Big mistake.We came here at 7:45 on Thursday with our 2 year old granddaughter to get ice cream.The inside was empty except for I think one customer. There may have been another person with them. They were sitting at a table.We went in and stood at the counter. There was a lady with a very long platinum blonde wig at the drive-thru window about 7 feet away from us. It would take her 3 steps to go from working the drive thru to the register in front of us.She looked at us several times as she stood at the window. Where there were no customers. None. Zip.After standing there a bit without so much as being acknowledged, we left, annoyed and a bit angry that we couldn't even get an ice cream for our granddaughter.
