HORRIBLE SERVICE..matter of fact, we didn't even get service!! It was 10:55AM & they refused to allow us to order lunch..AFTER waiting 10 minutes which would officially make it lunch time, they told us that the cook wasn't starting lunch yet ? we walked out after that..they were telling another customer the same excuse about the cook not ready to serve lunch yet so that gentleman walked out as well..we will NEVER return to that particular store again & have made sure to let others know as well!!!

I went through the drive through and the food was hot and tasty. I ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich combo with fries and a Dr. Pepper. The sandwich didn’t look very Nashville hottish and it wasn’t very spicy but it was still a very good chicken sandwich with pickles and mayo. I was amazed by the service at the drive through. The lady was checking with us that the soda was low ice but someone in the car muttered it was supposed to be no ice but it was okay because it is okay, but she immediately turned and poured out the soda into a new cup while using the lid to make sure that the ice didn’t fall In. In addition to this act of Southern hospitality someone in my car spilled some soda and she did not hesitate to give us a bunch of napkins! Sometimes fast food workers can be a little rude but not here! She was one of the nicest fast food employees that I have ever seen and positively influenced my experience at this Hardee’s!

Sadly this place quit selling whole chicken pieces, now they only have tenders and such. Looks like I'll be going to other places to get chicken now, one of the main reasons I frequented this place, but I'll be scarce in the future.

I like the evening shift. So kind and respectful. My food is always hot. Morning shift, idk why they are so rude in the ?. Meanwhile, it's ppl wishing they can be mobile or someone may have died. It doesn't makes sense to be that damn rude. Never again. I go where the peace of mind at whenever I order food.
The food was good but they had got my order wrong. Payed for a Candid biscuit but was given an Egg and Cheese biscuit instead. Wouldn’t be the first time they’ve gotten my order wrong.

This place definitely not one I'll visit again, it was dirty the trash cans were full, the floors were dirty , flies inside the restaurant all tables were dirty definitely not a good experience, the employees were joking and not paying no attention to the customers I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone .
