We came in, seated, and forgotten about.Waited over 15 minutes no one came to take our order, ask about drinks.Finally after 15 minutes, young lady comes to table, same one that seated us, says “ anyone helped you yet?” Of course the response is no. She says okay I’ll take care of that. She took our orders.She goes directly from our table to table behind us, intrudes herself to the party at the table and says my name is ….. and even how to spell her name, says to them I’ll be your waitress…After another longggg wait, the same young lady brings our food and says oh I’m so sorry, I thought someone brought this to you. It’s been sitting there..The food was very good. Service was terrible.Still gave her a tip, though it seemed to be an inconvenience for her to wait on us.

Went to IHOP for Dinner and it did not disappoint. Breakfast is always delicious, wanting something different for dinner and my daughter said let’s go to ihop for dinner there dinner menu looks soo good. So we did I got a buger which was perfect, wife got 2x2x2 eggs,bacon and pancakes she said out of this world!! Other kid got the chicken hash brown biscuit (can’t remember what it was called) all delicious ? service was good and very friendly highly recommend IHOP in Danville Va for Dinner!!!

The food is good... keep in mind that if you go on a Sunday you have to be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes to be seated and an hour for the food to be served.

Service was First class we walked in got seated India or waitress was just very efficient and spot on. The Food was delicious and hot. So good forgot to take Pictures to add to the Post. The Manager Staff was involved with what was going on.

We chose IHOP for family dinner this past weekend. Upon arrival, we knew immediately they were short-handed: only 4 employees were present. There was a party of 10 and a party of 3 ahead of us. I just knew it would take forever to be seated and even longer to order and receive our food. I was ready to pull the plug, but my daughter wanted to stay.The gentleman in charge placed a call, and just as we were being seated, help arrived. The lady who came in took our drink and food orders, then headed to the kitchen to cook. Shortly after, a second employee arrived to help.Despite the chaos, this crew pulled together and provided excellent service. ?

Good place to eat and seems to be very busy. Staff is friendly and easy to work with.
My best friend treated me to breakfast there last week. We both had the steak eggs and pancakes combo. Our food was the worst. Our steak was warm. They didn't put the cheese on top of her eggs as she requested. They took her plate back and put it in the microwave and reheated her steak and made it tough. She requested for toast it took them 20 mins to bring it out. The pancakes were cold I didn't eat mine. She asked the waiter to warm hers up in the microwave. I was just shocked they had a microwave in there. Only thing good there was the waitress customer service. It definitely was not worth the price either. I think they could do better.
