Worst place to order pizza from . I ordered online they took my money and once i get to the store at 2:45pm the doors are locked and nobody in the store . This happens all the time. If it was closed it should’ve said online . Also how can the app allow you to place an order and take your money if nobody is here ? Do not go to this place.

Waited half an hour for an online order. This location seems frustratingly slow, runs out of product often, has issues with keeping the technical machines working, and seems to be badly understaffed but the food I'd still good - those new pizza bites and wings are a great value.

The advertisement of the pizza puffs was misleading. App and online only. Didn't specify looking at the advertisement on the wall. Puffs were good tasting though. $9.00 for 2 orders of 4 each in person. Wanted to try them and see what the hype was for. The young man behind the register tried to help but needed explanation from another associate about the offer

Ordered from here last week just to be told they were only doing hot and ready which is fine. I asked for the order to be canceled it was but my money was still taking out of my account. Tried to call the store and customer service number and never got through once.

Wish i could actually rate anything. 3 times in a row I have ordered online, waited the stated amount of time, arrived at the store, only to be told that my order was not ready or had been cancelled because they had only just opened at 5 PM. Why is the system still accepting orders if you can't pick them up? One time the staff was very rude about the situation.

I visited this store after placing my order online and happily drove to receive what I thought would be a tasty and affordable dinner. Unfortunately, the customer service was terrible, and my order wasn't ready. I can understand not having your order at the exact time; however, receiving it 45 minutes later was far from what I expected. The young lady working the cash register was rude, impatient, and unfriendly. Waiting in the lobby was like watching the game show "Let's Make a Deal." You did not get what you ordered but settled with what Little Caeasr's gave you—mostly pepperoni pizzas. Whoever this store's regional manager or owner is, please give it a surprise visit. I hope to hear your response.

The worst restaurant ever unprofessional they wear regular clothes they don’t even have uniforms they wear Nike slides dirty and nasty restaurant.
This is the second time in the last few days they closed early for whatever new excuse it's (7:30pm), Danville has 3 Little Caesars around the area and this is the raggediest one... Look like PaPa John will get my order

I ordered a supreme pizza without mushrooms and olives.I got home,opened the box and the pizza was covered with mushrooms.I had to pick all the mushrooms off the pizza because I didn't feel like going back out to take the pizza back.

This location is the closest one to our house so we give it a chance thinking it will be better way too many times. Glutton for punishment I suppose. We've had to go to Southwick and have even driven out to Blairs instead trying to avoid this store. Tonight against better judgement, screaming hungry kids in the car as we had stuff to and couldn't cook, it took so long over 35 minutes to get 3 pizzas. They never have any hot and ready pizzas. Previous times saying it will be a 15 minute wait for pizzas and then sitting waiting 40 minutes+ They need to give realistic wait times. Even ordering hours in advance online for a pick up time, when we get to the store they are NEVER ready and still have to wait. I love Little Caesars but this particular store is the worst one here, maybe the franchise owner needs to figure something out.
