I tried the chicken scampi for the first time, and it was disgusting. The peppers were bitter, the chicken was mushy, and I had to ask for more sauce because my pasta was very dry. I wish I hadn't asked for sauce because it had a bitter taste, too. This is the first time I have been dissatisfied with my food at this restaurant.Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available

I gave the Olive Garden this time a four star even though I have been eating at this restaurant for over 17 years as of late it just seems to be missing something. I don’t know if it’s new owners or new cooks or what it is but the food is still good, but it’s just not as good as it wants was But I still go there. Every chance I get not to mention I ordered an order and one of my salads from my entrée was missing so I contacted Olive Garden and they were supposed to send me a gift card for the inconvenience and I never seen my gift card. It never showed up and this has been almost 6 months so Very disappointed about that.

Our server, Ayanna (could be misspelling), was excellent. Our glass never made it to half full. Served us with a beautiful smile. Customer service was exceptional.The food was amazing. The staff well dress. Their presentation was emaculent.Truly enjoyed my food and services.

This visit was on Feb. 18 2024.My husband ordered wine. I understand that the server isn't a sommelier, but you do not pour from 3 different bottles.Next comes the cold breadsticks. We ordered the lasagna...it was a very small portion and both dishes were burned on the bottom. My husband ate his, I sent mine back. When mine arrived it was luke warm. I sighed and ate it. Requested another glass of tea. It had to be made. When it arrived, it was warm(warmer than my lasagna) and no ice was added. I did not drink it. When it came time to pay, our server asked if we'd like to do the survey. We almost started laughing and declined. We dine here about once a monrh and know that this isn't the norm but an off night..
