The manager Ky is sweet and nice lady. There was an issue with my meal and she fixed as soon as possible. I travel from Virginia Beach and she made sure I was good before I went back. thank you!

The food was great but the Mac and cheese was skimpy it was awesome however.
Went at 11:30am for lunch. Ordered the 8 piece with a side. We were told to pull up to the white line and they would have our food right out. 15 minutes later we go in and ask about our order. They had FORGOTTEN about us! Asked us to wait another 25 minutes because they were out of chicken! We got a refund and went to Burger King.

Staff were busy running outside to a parked vehicle, the wait was extremely long.
Completely awful service. Waited 40 minutes for 2 shrimp tackle boxes while about 30 other people got food before us. Even people who ordered them same. Will definitely not come back. This was only our 2nd time, and service was bad both times. Would recommend finding somewhere better. Food not great either.
New Popeyes is clean, staff are nice and food is great. The only issue is they've forgotten items on a couple of occasions but overall it's my favorite new place for drive thru service.
I had checked reviews before me and my stepdad went, the prices are a little high, the drinks had too much carbonation in them, switched to tea, not sweet enough, the atmosphere is very dull and seating is extremely uncomfortable. On to the food, I got a 2 piece white dinner with red beans and rice,,, the chicken was great, the red beans and rice was too smokey tasting and the biscuit had no taste at all Everyone was friendly, although, they seemed slightly confused, walking back and forth, looking lost.So, I would return, just maybe try something different with my chicken or get the fish or shrimp.

This Popeyes treated me so well! Awesome customer service from the Assistant Manger Zion. She was very personable, nice and caring. The chicken here was very fresh and the fries were nice and hot! I’m definitely coming back to enjoy it. 6/5 stars if I could.
