Seated quickly and received cheddar bay biscuits and drinks quickly. Waiter took orders in a timely manner and food was hot when it came to the table. Refills on drinks without asking. Extra biscuits to take home as well as to go cup of drink. Everyone worked together to ensure customers were taken care of in a timely manner.

Ordered rock lobster tail, shrimp scampi with Brussel spouts. Well…no rock lobster and no Brussel spouts available. Ordered broccoli instead. Waited 45 mins for food. Broccoli was rotten at stem. Manager picked up dishes and reduced our bill by $6.00. Do not recommend food. Waitress was good.

I visited Red Lobster in Danville today for the first time. I tried to order online and automated order taker picked up and I had to repeat myself multiple times. I requested customer service and the first thing I heard was a loud " huff of frustration" from person answering phone. Ok, well within 30 minutes, I got to the Red Lobster in Danville. My GPS told me where to go and it was strange because I had never noticed Red Lobster being there. When I drove up to the building, it looked extremely outdated and dark on the outside. It needs painting or a good pressure washing would help. Inside, the building looked very dark and outdated as well. I doubt there has been any upgrades since it was built many years ago, the way it looked. The building did not look that clean either. I noticed dust on shelves and counters did not seem like they had been wiped. The carpets looked like they needed cleaning, or replacing. I only saw 4 people seated eating and one waitress. Several tables had not been cleaned. There was nobody upfront. I found someone to ask about my order and I found out that my order had not been put in. I had another appointment shortly after, so I really didn't have time to wait, but I did. As for the food, I honestly think the food at the other Red Lobsters that I have been to have been much better. The slaw seemed old and had an odd flavor. The fries were hardly cooked. I frequent Red Lobster at 2 other locations on a regular basis and this Danville location ranks far below the others that I have visited. I doubt I will return.

We made reservations for a party. They charge 18% on everyone's ticket just for the 'room'. We sat for over 30 minutes and no one asked us for drinks no bread nothing. I had to go find someone to get drinks and bread and couldn't find anyone anywhere. They weren't even busy, only 4 couples in the dining area. The food was good but the service was horrible.

We was at the Red Lobster in Danville on Sunday, August 14 and we have been coming here for years. Always good food and good service our concern today was it was freezing cold in there and we ask for it to be turned down and also a couple other tables did also. We watch and the manager never turned it down like she said she would. Couldnt enjoy our meal because of this. We will come back 1 more time and try. If you say you are going to do something then do it.

We ate there last night. Horrible food. The lobster was more chewy then bubble gum. Even the biscuits was horrible. Everything about all the food was terrible. We all got sick afterwards. None of us finished our food. The bright side was the waiter was very nice and polite. Will not go back again.

Not crowded, however took forever to get to order, then forever to get the appetizers, then a long time to get waitress to take meal order. The meal arrived finally and the steak was so salty that it burned the tongue. 3 people at the table tried the steak and agreed that it was inedible. Also, had to continually flag down waitress for drink refills. Not a good dining experience especially since the restaurant was not crowded and the wait staff were seated at a booth looking at their phones.

Service was extremely slow. Shrimp was burned and dry. This was a terrible visit. I have no plans to return. For the price paid , at least service should be good. Would not recommend this location to ANYONE!

Red Lobster is starting to become dated. Their menu offers heavy foods and nothing refreshing. The restaurant hasn't changed much over the past decade.
