Good food and drink. They forgot my sauce and line was too long to go back through so I went to the door and the nice girl who was running all the food went to get the sauce. On the other hand, the other girl with the ghetto attitude looks and says "what the hell?" "What the hell" is what I thought when my sauce won't in the bag. Get it together

We enjoyed our visit at this sonic. The food was really good. We had the footlong hotdog, chicken Nuggets, and cheese burgers with fries and tater tots. The drinks, however, were not the best. Our limeades were not very favorable. I couldn't taste the cherry, and my mom said hers tasted like seltzer water with very little fruit taste. My son had the blue raspberry slush and thought it was delicious. Overall, it was good. My son likes the drive-in option, so we ordered and had a picnic in the car. It was a good family outing.

Went here lastnight with my mom, we pulled in and waited, then they said we had to use the drive thru, went to the drive thru and no one even said anything. they werent busy. we got tierd of waiting and just left. couldnt spend money here at all lol such a shame, i love sonic, never going back to this one though after that.

Very disappointed, I was sad and wanted some food. They gave me some greasy nasty chicken tenders and tater tots. Very upset cried even more when I got the food. I did get a toy tho so that was fun

They were doing drive thru only, weren't accepting card, weren't making Milkshakes. It seemed everything you wanted to order for you or your kids weren't available. Hots weren't hot. Husband got sick on BBQ pulled pork sandwich. Really not great. Doubtful if we'd eat here again.

This place was a ? wreck around 11 today on 2/22, suppose to press this red button to talk, so right in the middle of her taking my order, she cuts me off, so I press the red button again and she acts like nothing happens, took forever for the food to get there so I just went ahead and left. What a waste of time.

Several months ago we pulled in to order food and the line was so long we decided to go to the pull in menus on the side where they’ll bring out the food to you. We sat there for so long before someone finally told us through the menu that these aren’t working. Which 1- doesn’t make any sense seeing as she said that through the menu but 2- why is there no signs stating this so we don’t sit there wasting time and instead pull up to the regular drive through? We weren’t the only ones who pulled into these menus but everyone who did sat there a for a while as well before finally just going to the main drive through or leaving. I believe they are still claiming that none of those menus are working. Roughly six weeks ago, we tried to order shakes with our meals. We were told the ice cream machine was down. Bummer but no big deal. We haven’t been back in a while. Last week we tried again. When we pulled in it was almost like they were closed and it was just early evening. (This has happened on several occasions). Almost all the lights were out and yet they’re open? once we got to the menu we were told cash only and didn’t have cash so we left before ordering. Last night we tried again, ordered our meal, tried to order shakes but were told once again ice cream machine down. At this point I’m thinking this has to be another McDonald’s where they just don’t want to either make it or clean the machine. Annoyed this time, we finish ordering and pull up to the menu where the lady then tells us it’s cash only. AFTER we already ordered and didn’t have cash. We had to leave and find somewhere else to eat. I pulled up the reviews last night and noticed a review from an hour before stating they had the same issue where they ordered and got to the window just to be told cash only. Another one from the same night stating they had cash to pay with but they were told it then had to be either exact change or CARD. So this clearly means they just don’t want to work and the card machine is not down. It doesn’t matter how you pay they’ll find something wrong with it so you leave. If you don’t want to work find somewhere you can just stand around. ??‍♀️

I'm sad to say this restaurant has not seen any improvement in its service in years. It takes forever to get any food items so today I ordered a slushie and a bag of ice. I waited over 10 mins for a slushie and a bag of ice. I'm not sure how this business is still surviving!

The food is good and the people are generally nice, but you can rarely tell if they are open or not. They really let the place go over the years. Sometimes they are closed when are supposed to be open, and when they are open, it doesn't look like it. It really needs to be revamped, it could do really well.

Seems the staff is undermanned and not supplied with what they need(completely the fault of the franchise owner). First off, the facility is horribly designed with the drive-through completely blocking access to the ordering parking system. Which wouldn't matter if they posted that they don't work and that you can't use the app that's conveniently down. I believe this place is on its last legs and that Corporate should pull the use of their name from the place, especially after reading all the other reviews posted. In fact, since I know this post will get the same generic owner response to contact the franchise owner for details of the complaint, I'll just send it to corporate myself. Maybe another Sonics can come to Danville and operate at the level most come to expect from the brand.
