Just wish they would learn to listen how I want my sandwich made. I paid for extra meat for a small side of it, the just take it upon themselves to put the extra side of meat in my sandwich that NO WHERE IN MY DIRECTIONS DID I TELL THEM TO OUT IT ON THE SANDWICH, THE SIDE OF PLAIN MEAT IS FOR MY DOG. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AT THIS LOCATION EITHER SO YOU CANT EVEN SPEAK YO SOMEONE SMH THIS IS RIDICULOUS, BUT TYPICAL FOR THE AREA

Came in the workers were in the back washing the dishes laughing and talking I waited 5 minutes or more still no one came out to acknowledge us there were no other customers in the store then the lady yells one minute and still didn’t come out then she came out with no professionalism at

I ordered my husband and myself both a footlong monster sub. I waited 45 mins after I placed my order to go pick it up. It said it would be ready in 30 mins so I figured it would definitely be ready in 45mins. Well we get there to pick it up. My husband went in to get it and low and behold they had not even started our subs. So since the order was in my name the young man working calls me and say "we out of steak". All that time they had to call me and let me know that they were out of steak they waited until we got there to get it to call me and tell me after my husband went in to pick it up they had no steak. I believe that is very unprofessional they could have called as soon as I placed my order and let me know there was no steak so I could have made a different order it ticked me off so bad. I just went ahead and had them cancel and refund me my money and this isn't the first time that this Subway is done something like this to me. I will no longer be going to this subway. Get it together subway!!

this particular subway doesn't want to ever answer the phone so ive still been unsatisfied since they made my sandwiches with 2 wrong toppings rendering it inedible. i don't waste money on food i can't even eat and not expect to speak to someone regarding this issue. i have both emailed the corporate office and made numerous, pointless attempts at getting to speak to someone at this actual location. still have my receipt

Ingredients were low to none in the container. Only a few choices available. No low cal mayo. No cups on the counter for drinks. No salt packets put out. All tables were dirty. We had to clean the table before we sat down. And my husband complained the whole time we were there. For a restaurant to be just blocks away from a new opening casino with potential for lots of new customers....yall better step up the game here. No reason for these situations. Laziness! Or a cheap restaurant owner. Either way...No excuse! Subway #22996-0 West Main Street. Danville, Va.
