Worst customer service ever. The lady working there were so mean and rude. She was not even answering the questions when she saw folks lining up in front of the register. It looked like she doesn’t care about the customer and just want us to pay and leave . Management needs to take actions on this kind of behavior it is unexpected esp when u r already tired and wanted to enjoy the food that you want to order and don’t have to deal with their attitude.

It is not on the main terminal, it is on C Gates (next to C-9) past security, after either a train or a shuttle ride.

Worst customer service ever. The ladies working there were so mean and was throwing food on the warmer when she saw folks lining up in front of the register.

Terrible customer service. Last night, we arrived an hour before their scheduled closing time and they refused to make any additional food. They were only about 4 items out (none of which were the pretzel dogs) and they weren't even trying to help us.

Really good place to pick up a quick snack... Really soft and tasty... Vegetarians have a wide variety of options... Even their cheese doesn't have animal rennet so thats a win for someone who cares about it... Except for their meat which is not halal.... They do have a lot of options for the general population....pretzels types and shapes and also dips...

They claim to open at 5 am but no one shows up till6 am and then they open at 6:30 -6:40 am. Please correct your hours of operation. Also the black lady that works there needs to smile and not have a smug look on her face.

The worst pretzel I've ever had in my life. It feels like it's been sitting there for weeks... super hard that you can not bite into it... if I hit someone with it will definitely break their head. Auntie Anne's, How can you sell something like this?! It's not edible at all!! What a shame! I wanted to return it but didn't have time... what a disappointment as I really was craving it! If you are in gate C don't buy pretzels from here! Definitely not freshly made!

Stop by to get a snack, they said it was Cash only? Guess you don't need the business. Stop being lazy Credit/debit card machines were not down..

Couldn't get a sandwich because they had no eggs at 7:30. Also the poor workers look miserable.

Ordered pretzel bite bundle and 1 classic pretzel, which was advertised as $1 with any bundle, which should have resulted in a $9.75 subtotal pre tax Cashier said my total was 12.97 and i immediatly mentioned the incorrect total. She dismissed me, saying thats the cost of tax and that it would be represented on my reciept after i paid. Paid, saw she did not give me the manager special on the reciept (subtotal 12.24 pre tax), tried to get the cashiers attention but she refused to acknowledge me after handing the food to my partner.

While at Dulles International airport before boarding our plane my wife and I stopped for food and drink. We stopped at Auntie Anne's first. The person behind he counter sounded a little annoyed that they had to help a customer but did come over and asked how can they help. I ordered two regular pretzels to go. The service might have been a lot better but the pretzels where delicious. The pretzels where perfectly made and tasted great. The only real complaint I have is that the price of pretzels is higher at the airport than any regular mall that I have ever bought a pretzel at before.

I got the mini cinnamon pretzels. They were fresh. The girl was nice. It was real quick. That’s what I was looking for.

It's always nice to find a familiar menu at the airport. This one is in United concourse C, at gate C9. I saw a lot of happy families with young kids cheerfully chewing on their pretzels and pretzel dogs.

The prices are a little higher then most Auntie Anne's but I guess that is to be expected from a place inside an airport. The food was great and the service was fast.
