Benihana is a wonderful place to eat, but a little pricey. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff is friendly and very attentive to your needs. The chefs are expert in their field and put on a great show of their talent when cooking on the grill. If you are looking for a place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or another special occasion, I would highly recommend Benihana as your restaurant of choice.

Portions have gotten much smaller - prices have gotten WAY out of control. Your bday certificate used to be able to pay for a full meal....now it barely covers half the cost, plus SO many restrictions on how and when and who can use it. Not worth it and I've removed my information from their site and account - no longer able to afford to eat here. Other hibachi places in the area that offer AUCE and much lower prices and the food is better. Spend your $ there - not @ Benihana

Very disappointed! Specifically requested mushrooms be omitted repeatedly in my meal & my guest meal as well And mushrooms were included in meal which made for a very unpleasant experience for guest and myself having to pick out loads of mushroom . Spoke to waiter who blamed the chef although he took the order! Not a good look for me or my guest ! Taste was not as expected And meat included with meal was hard to find inside of mounds of onions , noodles and rice! Really embarrassing for this establishment!

The small number of vehicles in the parking lot and the ease of obtaining a reservation at 1PM on Easter Day should have been a red flag. Upon entry, we smelled an "this is very old carpet" odor in the lobby. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant. The gentleman that sat us down (party of 6) seemed very "robotic" as he would repeat the same thing each time (6) in a monotone voice. An upcharge for chicken fried rice...really!?? The chef presented no excitement. She just went through the motions/routine. The drizzling of a "house" sauce over everyone's meat (whether steak, shrimp, or chicken) does not make it more appealing. It may be another 10+ years before I pay this place a visit again.

My brother and I were excited to go here to celebrate his 25-year work anniversary. While our server was very pleasant and accommodating, the cook/chef assigned to our section was quite the opposite. He was curt, impatient, and seemed annoyed by everything.We both requested spicy fried rice with our meals. After waiting patiently while everyone, including me, received their fried rice, my brother never received his—his bowl remained empty. After some time, we inquired about his rice, and the chef handed him a bowl of plain white rice. This was strange because he ordered fried rice with his meal, and every other person received theirs. When he asked the cook about his fried rice, the cook was dismissive, said that he’s done cooking, and continued cleaning the grill. He finally offered a lackluster apology. He also had the same issue with the spicy proteins my brother ordered, as the cook completely disregarded his request to make anything spicy. Yet, he did this for other guests at our table.I understand that mistakes happen, but your tone and eagerness to make it right make all the difference. They did have someone at another station make fried rice for my brother, but by that time, the damage was already done. My brother was in town visiting, and he was eager to go to this specific restaurant, which is located less than 5 minutes from my house—I was ashamed and disappointed that I brought him here. The experience we had ruined the celebration of a 25-year career milestone. Please hire competent team members who can at least pretend to like their jobs and the customers who pay their hard-earned money to eat there. I’ll never return to this location or chain.

DISGUSTING I will NEVER go here again. 20 dollars for 2 small things of fried rice. The rice had no flavor. No type of season and barely any meat. The yum yum sauce tasted like grease and mayonnaise. How can you charge so much for something so bad. One of the staff members mumbled under there breath ”oh my god” when I asked them to explain the noodle they have. There are MANY types of noodles with different flavors and textures so if I’m paying for something I should know if I’m gonna like it or not. It shouldn’t be a problem to answer a simple question. Do better. This place would get 0 stars if it could. But I definitely do not recommend this place
