We had a decent meal on 4/1 but were charged twice for same meal. All without human interaction. Repeated calls and Instagram have been ignored. Please company contact me and I will share credit card info for refund.

All your faves from the regular stand alone branch inside the airport. Definitely a nice departure from fast food for a good sit down meal while waiting for your flight.

The worst surface, and the worst food possible. Jessica should find another career.

I would be hard-pressed to share a worse, dining experience. there is no team involved in service at this location. What manager there is does nothing and the service staff does not seem to be willing to support each other, and for that matter, the bartender as well. If you expect to make a flight, ask for your check at least 30 minutes in advance, or you will be standing up by the counter, waiting for her to return to fulfill your needs.

The people that work at this establishment are very shady and stole money from us TWICE by adding a higher tip than we left. My wife and I ate here on Dec. 26th as we awaited an international flight. We ate in the dining room and had two simple entrees and the bill was $40. I handed our waiter a $25 dollar Visa gift card that I received for Xmas along with my credit card to cover the difference of the bill ($15). I tipped $8 which was 20% of the original $40 bill bringing the total on my CC to $23. When my charge posted, I had been charged a total of $48.20, $25 more than I had signed my bill for. That same evening, we sat at the bar after dinner for a few drinks before our flight. The total charge for our drinks was $56.95. Being the day after Xmas, we had another $25 Visa gift card that we put towards the total, bringing our bill to $31.95. Again, we tipped $11 on our original total, bringing our close-out total to $42.95. Upon this second charge posting, we were charged a total of $67.95, again $25 more than we had signed for. In summary, we were charged an extra $50 in tips, and lost two Visa gift cards in the process which I can only imagine the server, and then the bartender, put in their pockets. I can't imagine we will get a refund for the money that was taken from us, but I can only hope that the GM, Antonio Tremino will be gracious enough to respond to this review and take action against those employees that stole from us. At the very least, we can save this from happening to anyone else who may consider dining at this establishment.

Been here twice. Both times was not served bread and service was awful. Also did not get salads that should have come with our order.

A piece of undercooked meat that I ordered was brought to me like the sole of a shoe, frozen potatoes and the tiramisu leaves a lot to be desired in terms of Italian, this one has nothing.

Terrible service. ‘Half an hour for a table’ but half the tables are empty. Food looked like someone had been sick on a plate. All the fridges behind the bar buzzing like they’re about to explode. Don’t bother - go into the restroom and hang out there drinking the water out of the urinals instead. Much better experience.

Most to the menu items were not available. One pasta dish was very oily for some reason. Just overall not a great experience. Advise to try other places in the airport.

I stopped here before a long haul flight, I had steak and salad, I got food poising that hit so quickly I had to leave the restaurant and wasn’t sure I would make it on the plane. It’s a shame because the service was great.

I can't disagree with most of the previous reviewers who had a less than enviable experience here. This is a bright and airy venue composed of dark wooden tables, booths and a long bar (great if waiting for a flight). But there is nary a cumpari to be found, understandably explaining why recent immigrants with initiative staff the joint. Still, they made an effort to cook from recipes that were once authentic. Service was sketchy even though it was not busy on a Tuesday at 12:15, requiring some prompting. But Yeshe got our orders right and got us out to make our flight. The missus had the usual chicken caesar, and said it was fresh and tasty with generous chicken. I concur, since I had caesar on the side for my chicken parmesan sandwich. It was quite good and hit the spot. Not inexpensive: with 1 Goose Island IPA, $47 USD before tip.
