This incident happened on the afternoon of 3/29. Food was good but the waitress came and asked for tips ?. Never seen anything like that. While ordering food in the app I opted to pay the tip in cash, even before we could finish the food she came and checked that she did not see any tip in the receipt & why was that. Later when she realized that we I’ll tip in cash she tried to be nice but damage was all done by that time. Very bad service & unprofessional indeed.

Our server was very sweet and good at what she does but the rest of the experience was awful. It smelled like cat urine inside and the food was improperly cooked and flavorless. The single malt scotch I ordered was clearly watered down. So disappointing.PS - This brewery had no beer. Draft or bottle.

Picking up my husband and thought I’d grab a drink and do a little reading, but they ( Renato and Ana) passively aggressively pushed me out at 925 when they were to close at 10. I understand the job market and appreciate people’s lives, but employees should do their job or management should set better expectations for the customer. Disappointing.

Worst airport restaurant in the world!Sat for a few minutes to get a regular coke with my family while we figured out to eat something or not and the waiter became quite rude after realizing we were not ordering food and brought the check without us asking for it. Note to management, if your waiters do not want to work in the industry let them go and get some friendlier staff, I would not recommend anybody to ever order anything in this place, dulles needs more options.

So I did go to District Chophouse nestled within the airport is an inviting haven amidst the bustle, offering a nice ambiance, amiable staff, and a tidy environment that's complemented by a backdrop of good music. The location's proximity to the restrooms is convenient, ensuring easy accessibility without disrupting the dining experience.Undoubtedly, the dining experience here is remarkable, marked by hot and prompt food service that arrives within a reasonable waiting period of approximately 10 minutes. The tranquility at noon, providing a serene dining atmosphere, was a welcome surprise. However, the notable drawback emerges in the form of exorbitant prices, a natural consequence of its airport setting. The steep cost of dishes, especially the sides priced at a staggering $10 each, for items like fries or broccoli, might leave patrons bewildered.Despite the pricing quirks, the impeccable service overshadows these concerns. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness greatly enhance the overall experience. Additionally, the sparse crowd around midday provided a peaceful environment, albeit somewhat unexpected. It's essential to note that District Chophouse stands nearly alone before the security checks, making it the primary dining option in the vicinity. No kids menu unfortunately. While the costs might pinch, the overall experience—thanks to the great service, inviting ambiance, and quick service—makes it a viable choice for a satisfying pre-flight meal.

Had high hopes for dinner on Saturday before game. Onion rings were greasy and unseasoned to say the least. Top sirloin ordered medium well came out medium rare. Complimentary cornbread was excellent. French onion soup was typical. Overall prices too high.

I want to let the owner know that his employees to put in their pocket the money. He came with this bill to our table , and I gave him my Amex, he came back and said the pad is not working, I gave him a visa same problem. I paid cash . I was looking to the other tables and everyone had a printed bill , and was no problem to charge them. My personal opinion is that he was thinking I a tourist because of my accent and I don’t know nothing about USA . My sister was with me, and asked me why I accepted that. I told her I accepted because I wanted to write a review, so the owner knows what happens in his restaurant. My next step is to contact the airport and IRS .

Today, I ordered salmon caesar salad at the restaurant I went to before my trip. It was really delicious. I would also like to thank Ms./Mrs. Jessica Ultiveros who helped us with a smile.

I had extremely low expectations of this restaurant on the pre-security side of the airport. But wanted to grab late lunch with a friend before his flight. He ordered the chicken sandwich and i ordered the burger. He really enjoyed the chicken sandwich and my burger was pretty decent even though it was a bit overcooked than what I asked for, since I asked for medium. Also, I find it funny that the regular cheeseburger with added bacon is more expensive than getting the barbecue burger that comes with bacon but everything else seems the same with those too many items. So I just got the barbecue burger and had them exclude the barbecue sauce. The fries were very tasty and you also get a large portion of food. Service was very fast and friendly, so I would come here again for sure.

Scanned the qr code on the table and ordered and paid on my phone. They brought me the food, so obviously could see the order, but after I had left the server then made me come back to pay again because they couldn’t see the payment and had the cheek to ask for another tip. Mediocre food and expensive.

This was a nice restaurant near the ticketing area of Dulles AIrport. We were waiting for our airline ticketing and baggage check to open. Typical airport food burgers, chicken 6 fries. As all airport food was slightly overpriced but the handiness made it worthwhile. It's not a destination place but if you are waiting, a perfect place.
