Pei Wei (dulles) is hands down my favorite place to get a hot and sour soup and a pad-thai with shrimp. The employees and staff are very helpful and very conscientious of preferences, swaps/substitutions, and allergies. Their new hot and sour soup is hearty and more delicious than any other local place I've been. The service is fast and their take-out and rewards program is very user friendly and overall, great! Portions for what your paying I would say are large. Some of our rice was hard for one of our meals which unfortunately was the vegetable fried rice for the kid's. It also lacked flavor.Vegetarian options: Yes, vegetarian options are available I would say just pay attention to what sauces are added.

I am a huge fan of Chinese food and the food was very good. The man I talked to was named Aamir, he was very nice and helped me decide what to eat. Overall the environment and food was very good and I would highly recommend it.
