I am a big fan of Potbelly. Whenever I see them around, they become one of my top choices of fast food places to go.I like grilled and hot sandwiches, not a big fan of cold cuts or sandwiches that are served cold. Here they prepare your sandwich, the way you like it and then it goes through the toaster over conveyor belt, making the entire sandwich, hot and toasty.... Then they place whatever toppings you want.I got the grilled chicken and cheddar and it was yummy.... Lots of table in front of the restaurant to sit down and eat.

Maybe I’m jaded, but $15 for a delicious sandwich, bag of chips and an OJ seems like I won the lottery this morning! The staff was welcoming and component in a manner I’ve sadly grown unaccustomed to lately, and again, the steak sandwich was excellent! I don’t travel through IAD often, but if I return, I will absolutely be back here!

Fast service, delicious sandwiches and soup! It's our new favorite spot at Dulles Terminal B!

I'm an old hand at Potbellies all over, and a fan. But this time was different. Everyone here buys sandwiches to eat on a plane. Uusally, thqt works. This time, the sandwich was soggy and limp by the time I ate it an hour and a half later. Just poorly made.

Probably the best value for money in the terminal. Efficient well made sandwiches. The original was plenty. Big if you are ravenous. Will have to remember this place to bring sandwiches onto the plane

Not a fan at all how I was treated, rude staff. Potbelly is my favorite place to eat, just recommend in the Dulles airport not going here. Thank you

It's a Potbelly's. Sandwiches served warm and toasted are mostly always good. This one in airport is good and is right on time for weary travelers heading out of the country in Concourse B of Dulles Airport.

As I was at the Dulles Airport I decided to try Potbelly. There a few selections at gate D and I’ve ate Chic-Fil-A and the usual fast food. The sandwich was not bad, however I tasted more bread than meat. On my sandwhich I had roast beef, bacon, avocado, onion, lettuce, and mayonnaise. Overall, it was decent.

Ordered a Wreck and I got an Italian. Over charged and meal deal was unbelievable. Watch out!!!!

Ordered from the app. Somehow my avocado was missed. When I brought it back Peter, I believe the owner or manager, made sure I was made whole. He even comped me a brownie. Mistakes happen. Real people take responsibility and fix it. Peter did it with great concern for his customers. Stop by if you're ever going through.

The chicken pot pie soup was so good a gobbled it up quick and wish I had bought a large. It was just the right thickness and seasoned well. I bought a tuna sandwich as well. It was good but I asked for mayo and the person forgot to add it. So I ate it later. I took off 1 star for the mayo because I was starving. But the soup was GREAT!

Had a sandwich in the Potbelly in Dulles airport (Washington) before boarding a flight to Frankfurt, and got really sick during the flight (nausea and vomiting) - for sure the was something contaminated in one of the ingredients.

Fresh sandwich ingredients. However, the moment I picked up the sandwich to eat it, the bread fell apart; sandwich ingredients spilled onto my lap. Bad bread.
