This is probably the worst restaurant airport stop of my life. We waited a while before we were seated. My husband ordered a Bloody Mary that was tomato juice with a little vodka and it was awful. I ordered an IPA which is the only style of beer that I typically order out. What they brought me was not an IPA. The server’s energy matched that of a sloth. All the way around a bad experience. Do yourself a favor and keep walking past this restaurant.

The worst experience! Waited 30 minutes to get seated and we got a table and sat down, the lady gave us horrible attitude saying we need to wait to be seated. Then she finally sat me in a booth seat with a stroller. Asked for a high chair, said none available. Took us another 30 minutes to get our food. Then the same lady kept rolling her eyes. As soon as we food arrive, I took it to go and left! Never come back again. Disgusting good and horrible service. Waste of time.

Horrible! Menu says they have latte, etc.They don’t!!! I had a disgusting low quality coffee, no real milk, only gross creamer. A toast that never came until I was running to catch my plane. They only have one waitress, who also serves at the fast food register. I almost missed my flight, 30 minutes waiting for bad coffee and a toast.

I should’ve followed my instinct when we walked up and the restaurant only had 1 customer.For a “world class” chef, I expect a lot more.The pre packaged guacamole that they served on my daughter’s burger and on our mezze platter ( btw, who puts guacamole on a mezze platter?!) was disappointing.I could go on and and on but nothing will be done about it and I definitely won’t be back!I’ve been a chef for 22 yrs. and if I had the luck to be as successful as Wolfgang, I would be embarrassed!

We waited fot more than 15 minutes where there was a sign says 'wait here to be seated' for someone to show but nobody care to serve anything. They have displayed cold sandwiches. Asked them to warm it up. Their response was the microwave is broken. Ordered a chicken burger which had a uncooked meat. Returned and made them recook and serve.Such a world popular airport, people have no options of getting food at this airport while waiting for the international flights.

The food was outstanding, prices were in line with similar fare outside of an airport, and the portions were abundant. The crab cakes were free from fillers, the salmon was grilled just right and was quite flavorful, and the Asian chicken salad was well prepared. Our server was polite and responsive. I would definitely go back.

The quality of the food at this place is abysmal. I sent my “medium burger back because it was a piece of black charcoal that I did not take a picture of. This is the picture of the “redo” burger and fries. I’ve never worked a grill or cooked French fries but I’m pretty sure my first burger and these fries have been cooking since this morning. Absolutely the most disgusting meal I have ever been served… twice. McDonalds is better. I should’ve known by the way the menus are disgusting they are sticky. They are torn they are stained. They look like they’ve been in use for months without being replaced despite the fact that they are filthy. Wolfgang Puck must have really needed some $ to sell out to this. I watched 2 waitresses, the guy on the grill AND the manager all look at my black rock hard burger and the manager didn’t even deliver the nasty redo nor come see me. No one there cares a bit about what they are serving. Yuk.

The stuff sounded really rude…. I ordered an espresso coffee with 2 milk shots.. the coffee was not hot at all. When I asked for a hot one the Saturday said it is hot it is coming from tmachine.. I left the coffee on the table. I ordered an Avocado egg toast… she brought a plain bread, sliced avocado on it, no cheese.. I had to ask her I had ordered avocado toast the bread is just plain why is it not toasted, she said you do not say that.. do you want fry toast.. I had a very bad experience at this restaurant and I would not recommend anyone to go here.

Like some of the previous reviewers mentioned, the Ethiopian lady was bad. Got my order wrong, didn’t give napkins/fork. She’s either inexperienced or overwhelmed. The burger was ok, I asked for medium and received a well done burger, the fried were over cooked or old. I didn’t have the time to resend everything back. If you want a burger, go down the escalator A1 to smash burger. It’s a 3-5 min walk, better food and better service. If you’re in a rush don’t dine here, it takes a while to get seated and even longer to get the check after asking several times.

We’ll that was terrible, dirty and overpriced… not gonna make that mistake again. The fried rice was obviously pre-made frozen rice, and I paid $6 extra for chicken only to receive four slim slices of chicken (probably about a 1/4 of a chicken breast). $21 and I’ll be hungry again mid-flight, lovely.

Good place to grab a beer and fries before your flight. If you go to a table at the bar, you can walk over to the bar and order.

Totally disappointing! I spent $15 for a fried rice bowl that I had thought would be at least tasty if not filling. It was neither! It was a serving of barely warm dry rice with very little vegetables and no flavor! I do NOT recommend this place.

The service was fine (thanks Edy!) but the suggested tips on the receipt for the amount of the bill were more than double the actual calculation. For my $15.50 glass of wine a 20% tip should have been $3.10 but the receipt says a 20% tip is $7.60, or almost 50% of the bill. Not implying that workers don’t deserve good tips - they certainly do - but don’t BS customers this way. Taxes, rounding up, etc. do not account for the difference. Please see photo.

if you are a morally conscious person do not eat here. the general manager is a total creep and i reported him to HR and unfortunately they did nothing about it. they treat their employees so poor :(

In situations when the host is the only person serving 20’peiple, it is important for her to be a little hospitable or they need to close their doors due to being short staff. Service was done with a frown—not a pleasant experience. I will give her a little credit on trying to serve everyone but —the customer did not place her in that situation the manager did. Someone from headquarters need to do nam hire on site for this location.
