Like less than 15 minutes .Was extremely disappointed decade or more ago with one now long vacant here...and elsewhere . We're terrible .Glad to see the old Pizza Hut I loved it back . My order was absolutely perfectly cooked and just what I used to get as a kid . Wow !!! . And ten minutes earlier than they said on ETA.Will be back ....thank you .PS ...would have gave five stars ...only reason I gave four was some items not available at this location ....but the pizza and cinnamon rolls are the bomb ?
Messed up my order. I ordered the buy 1 large get one free via the app and they gave me two medium and charged me for both. Gave my husband 2 bottle sodas and breadsticks to make up for it.

My husband and I have ordered from this specific Pizza Hut a number of times since they opened this location. We've had a couple of issues in the past (i.e late delivery and missing items) but this most recent experience takes the cake.To give some context, we placed an order on 2/17 for a pizza and a 4 pack of sodas. Delivery was being done through Doordash and we ended up not getting our sodas. We called the dasher who informed us the restaurant only gave them the pizza so we ended up calling the restaurant to which they were more than kind enough to give us a credit on the account.Fast forward, we decided to try and use the credit so my husband calls in to ask about the credit and try to place an order. The employee on the phone let us know that we would have to pay a difference, which is fine, but since we were short we decided not to place the order. The employee then says "I'm busy" rushes my husband off of the phone and just hangs up right after my husband said we can't place it now but thanked him for helping us to understand credit situation.We really like pizza hut and are happy they have a location closer to us! I understand that it was a Friday night and the place was busy (from what the employee said) but that does not excuse the rude behavior this employee displayed.Pizza Hut, you gotta do better.

And I think we’re done. Started ordering pizza from here when they opened up a few months ago. Last time the pizza came with raw dough (couldn't even pick up a piece). Other orders have just been inconsistent. This time our order was canceled for some reason so we called to check on it like the email said, and got hung up on. There’s a review before mine with a similar experience. The customer service here when picking up in person is also awful. Like we’re inconveniencing someone to pick up our order. Inside there’s usually trash on the floor and it generally just looks sticky/dirty.

Every time we have come to this Pizza Hut we have a good experience. Today we stopped by to dine in and our experience was still just as good. Customer service was great and so was the food.Parking: Decent amount of parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp outside to get into the restaurant.
This place is a fucking joke. Just tried calling 3 times was out on hold for over 30 minutes no one was able to take an order. Who the fuck are you guys hiring a here? Can't even order a pizza wtf

Moe the supervisor is the upmost respectful supervisor he handles it the best! Pizza Hut needs more supervision like him!!! Great job Moe… they need to give u a raise!!!
Had a horrible experience with the "new" Dumfries pizza hut location. Here are some key take aways/tips from that night: Make sure employees are not being rude and discouraging to customers closer to end of shift. Although they would like to leave when the store closes, this is not ideal. The breakdown and cleanup of the worksite should not be a priority over providing and serving customers before the closing time. If they want to leave at a certain time then the store should be closed already before cleanup begins. If they want to leave at 12 then the store should be closed at 1130. They cannot expect to leave just because the store has closed. Secondly the employees should not ask customers to call sooner, when placing an order, to avoid delaying their departure from work. Customers rely on the store to honor the posted times. And expect service up until that point. Staying open late mags drawbacks that employees should already be aware of prior to accepting the position. Thirdly, if an issue arises between the customer and an employee, the employee should NOT become argumentative, defensive or rude nor escalate the issue further. Employees should be trained on customer service, not over speaking or cutting off employees, correct price quoting, de-escalation procedures, emotional intelligence, courtesy and efficiency. Lastly, customer should not be permitted to leave the store prior to closing while customers and food delivery people are awaiting in the lobby orders just to satisfy their personal shopping needs at a nearby store (7-11)or restaurant. They definitely should not have cigars and other tobacco/alcohol products and such visible in their work attire. ( front /back pockets)

i wanted to place an order over the phone for delievery , the guy that picked up only asked for my name and address and then transferred me to another guy who apparently is “one of the managers “ Moe . and off rip he just sounded like he didn’t wanna be there and kept talking over me and interrupting on what i was saying and then proceeded to hang up on me and said “i can’t hear you your gonna have to order online “ i said wait and he hung up ! i called back immediately and he still proceeded to talk over me like he was trying to get off the phone , worst customer service ever coming from a so called manager .work on it and Do better .

My pizza was fresh and cooked perfectly. Great customer service and clean restaurant. Some employees were assembling a Christmas tree when I arrived. Christmas is my favorite holiday so I appreciated how happy they were when they could’ve treated the process like an additional task. Overall, a good experience.
