Place looks run down and dirty. My feet stuck to the rug. I ordered a cheesteak w/ lettuce, tomato and onion with a side of onion rings. All were cooked okay. However, the cheesesteak was flavorless. No seasoning on the meat or the veggies on top. I ended up taking the meat home for my dogs. Onion rings were just normal onion rings. Do not go to the Dumfries location.

Terrible service. Ordered the chicken steak& cheese sub. Chicken looked and tasted like it came out of a can. Terrible. Decided to go into bar area & have a beer. The very heavy lady behind the bar chewing gum and popping bubbles, acted like it was hurting her to take our order. She needs to put her cell phone down and actually act like someone who cares. Management needs to get rid of her. She's bad for business.

Not much to say about this place, but one thing for sure will not be trying this spot again. First called to make order girl who answered phone sounded like she had no clue or wasn’t interested in what I was ordering . So go to pick up order no one in sight go to bar side ask gentleman he didn’t know who was at restaurant side so stood there for like 5 minutes and I finally yelled hello, then a young girl pop up from behind the wall. I tell her I’m here to pickup Bow tie pasta with salmon she takes my money I wait for like 5 minutes then get my order. Get home only to out no salmon is included it’s just pasta. Call up to establishment only to be hung up on, and I called again then to for her to just answer the phone and say nothing. So called again a guy answered explained to him the issue States oh we don’t have no salmon, okay if that was the case why take my order and just say that the first time I called and says nothing he can do about the order or giving me refund I would have to call tomorrow. So long story short problem didn’t get resolved was told when I called that they have issues with the girl from other customers okay then what hasn’t she been trained or if so and not listening been let go. And also told they never had salmon at that location if so why is it on the menu and didn’t even say sorry sir just like it was okay smh. Well I have much more I could type on the response I got but not worth it since this is already long, just know I will never try this place again first and last time, don’t see how some people have it 5 stars smh. The pick of pizza also ordered you can tell had been sitting for hours dried out .

Put in an order online for pick up — which means the exact order is listed on their computer that they can reference as many times as they need in order to make the correct order. Picked up the pizza and it was incorrect — it was missing a topping on half of the pizza. I called and they said they would remake it but we’d have to come back out to pick it up. I would have preferred that it was just correct to begin with…but why should a customer go back out in the cold & use their gas, because of the restaurant’s mistake? The customer should not have to do ANYTHING extra. They could have offered to deliver the correct order, gave a coupon code for the next order, refund a couple dollars for the missing topping so at least we are only paying for what we got. They don’t even apologize these days ? The amount of mistakes that restaurants make these days is crazy and good customer service is a thing of the past. Their food isn’t cheap either for it to be wrong. Also the onions they put on their pizza are these long slices…why not dice them up?!

The best Pizza's and Bacon Cheese Fries ever. Always had many great memories of coming here as a little kid, before the bar side was remodeled. And then later on would have memories of New Years Eve night always ordering Pizza's and have them delivered. I'd also get my favorite Bacon Cheese Fries and my mom would get a Steak and Cheese. We'd try to tip the driver well because of them being out on NYE. I moved out of the area, but I always come here when visiting.

I'm allergic to mushrooms and the Supreme Pizza had mushrooms all over it. They brought another supreme pizza and the only thing I see is a few pepperoni. There are a lot of onions add green pepper. If there are other meat on the pizza it is microscopic. Never

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’m standing right there at Cash Register - young lady walks away and disappears behind the wall after she finished with a customer who was in front of me. No acknowledgment from her whatsoever. A young man was standing over by the pizza ovens he looks right at me we made eye contact. Doesn’t offer to help me. An older man comes from behind the kitchen wall. Looks right at me. Talks to the young man and can you believe absolutely NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT from him either. No welcome/have you been helped/how can I help you?! I interrupted their conversation and I stated I was there to pick an order. SMH. I opened up the boxes to make sure those were the ones I ordered and why do they look like they’ve been sitting there for an hour or so and look like something from Chuck.e.cheeses?I looked around at the establishment only one family having dinner there and on the bar side several people smoking in there. I guess this is the only establishment around nowadays that let people smoke indoors. Place was dead and remain dead until it’s closing. With the lack of customer service and lack of food quality/presentation - I’m surprised that they are still running the place.Almost forgot to mention - place has a weird burnt food smell in there tooGo elsewhere for pizza avoid this place at all cost. Unfortunately there is no good pizza around this area anyways.

Unfortunate experience. I picked up our food, the waitress handed it to me and said, you can grab your can of pop out the fridge. I said ok thank you, here’s a tip (5 dollars into the tip jar) this was the only time she said thank you. I got home, to my surprise, she didn’t include the pepperoni roll. I called and she put me on hold and eventually says “your pizza roll is here” did you want to bring your stuff back? Never apologizing. My man went to get it and said, as soon as she seen him she turned around and hid in the back. Instead of acknowledging her mistake and apologizing, she hid. No one said sorry, or tried to reconcile the mistake. To top it off, my lasagna was semi cold and the “garlic bread” is just buttered bread with melted cheese on top. Night & day experience from dine in, it’s unfortunate.

Stopped in today to watch the game in the bar. This place sure has changed. Felt like I was intruding on the bartenders time. Had to ask for the local game. Then had to listen to some junk rock music versus the game. 4 people here including my two. Such a shame. Went down the road where the game was on and fellow watchers could enjoy it. There is nothing there to bring me back. Food, service and atmosphere is awful. Got one star because it required it.
