What a great post-Shenandoah National Park stop! A diverse selection of delicious ice cream flavors for our family of five. Very friendly staff and a fun little stop to take a load off.
I was vacationing along Skyline Drive and wandered into Elkton. I always do a search for TeaRooms in my travels. Just happened on this one. It was awesome!! The food and tea was excellent. I was the only person in there. I'm surprised that the people of Elkton don't seem to know what a gem they have in this little business. They also serve a real English tea without reservations. Great ice cream after a hot day of hiking! There were about 16 flavors to choose from, with cups or cones as options. Reasonably priced as well with some outdoor seating. We didn't try the tea, just the ice cream, but highly recommended!
