“A friend recommended this place and we are happy we tried it. Close to George Mason and located in a strip center. We arrived at 8:00 am and it wasn't too crowded.Our food was excellent and the pancakes were top notch. Clearly the cook knows how to run a kitchen.By the time we were ready to leave, the place had filled up and we had a very difficult time getting our waitress to get us the bill or a coffee refill. She had several large tables and pretty much dropped us.When I gave her my card, I watched as she tossed it adjacent to the drink machine and it stayed there for almost 10 minutes. Finally, I got up and asked someone else to take care of it for us.We would come back, but when it fills up, I suppose the service slows down.“

We went ahead and checked it out for breakfast since it wasn't quite lunchtime - the food taste and quality was amazing! We had a egg and cheese on a bagel, a breakfast burrito, and a smoothie.The service is fantastic, everyone working behind the counter is so friendly.The food was prepared quickly and was hot and fresh. They also offer smoothies, assorted beverages, coffee, espresso drinks, and even have beers and sake. The atmosphere is like a really cute little deli with a few tables and a sushi bar.The prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions, we're definitely planning to come back for breakfast sometime and want to try their Japanese lunch options. I absolutely love the dandelion tea drinks because they taste like coffee without the caffeine I usually get the dandelion tea with less/half sweetness and the staff is always super nice and patient about getting the sweetness level exactly how I like it! “It's a bubble tea place, not much else to say. Practically speaking I believe it to be the best in the area, and also one of the better deals too. They have some food options too but I haven't sampled any of them. They are open late which is nice for a late night treat / hangout. The shopping center it's in gets busy at all hours so sometimes parking can be annoying, but I've never not found a spot.“

“My sister recommended this place and I love boba so I of course said yes. I saw they had a drink called matchaberry that I wanted to try and they decorated it with cute stars! The boba texture was also really fresh and chewy. Our friend also got the banana milk boba which tasted so much like the Korean banana milk. A very sweet woman working up front as well, it felt comfortable in there. “Very friendly and accommodating staff! I had the passion fruit iced tea and didn’t like it but they gladly offered me an exchange for the mango sago yogurt drink and it was delicious! The donuts I got were taro, funnel cake and strawberry. The taro was my favorite and the funnel was delicious, the strawberry was okay. The place is kind of hard to find, it’s right next to a karaoke bar. Overall, I would definitely recommend.“

“Dear Diary - Do you like Vietnamese ice coffee? Their Ready to Drink (RTD) Vietnamese ice coffee with coffee jelly is amazing! I enjoy their other selections of drinks that they offer. I do like their self serve kiosk machines which can make things efficient if you know what you want and have done it before. But did I tell you about the Vietnamese ice coffee??? If you have never been here before and you do like coffee, give this a try. There is the OG Vietnamese ice coffee that is stronger and bolder in flavor that may need some time for the ice to help dilute the flavor a bit; unless you like really strong coffee.“

It seems that performance smoothies are not offered in small, super weird.Update: customer service did clarify why a small was not offered. “The people that work at this location are absolutely phenomenal individuals overall. I always get a good vibe from them and they are always very welcoming friendly polite and attentive. I drive 7 miles to come to this location just because of the service. I have one walking distance to my house but they have horrible customer service and the way they make the smoothies just isn’t quite right. “This ice cream shop lives up to their name REAL ice cream! I was excited they offer vegan ice cream because the dairy will hurt me badly . I'm not a waffle cone girl but their waffle corn was delicious and I will definitely be back to try more of their vegan ice creams. The lines are long but they move pretty fast. Street parking is available but limited right out front of the ice cream shop! The employees were great. The cashier allowed us to try two different ice creams.“

My favorite smoothie is the Passion In Love! The milk teas and chè are classic and never disappoint. Highly recommend coming here. They are more than happy to customize your drink (more or less sugar, more or less milk, etc) they have a good atmosphere (especially if you like K-pop, lol)They have a decent selection of pastries and food (my kids love the mochi donuts and macarons) but I just come for the tea and cold brew coffee.Top 3: Classic Thai tea (my go-to), Sweet cloud cold brew coffee (when I need a coffee fix), Thirsty Joe (when it's hot and humid outside and i need something fruity and refreshing)“
