At Anita's New Mexico Style Mexican Food, I savored the pork green chili burrito, a visual and flavorful delight. This mouthwatering creation featured a generous filling of succulent pork carnitas bathed in a tantalizing green chili sauce, crowned with an additional layer of the spicy green chili for an extra kick of flavor. The burrito's harmonious blend of tender meat and vibrant chili sauce left a lasting impression, thoroughly satisfying my taste buds. Accompanying this culinary masterpiece was a side of guacamole, boasting a chunky texture and made with the freshest ingredients. The guacamole's creamy richness complemented the bold flavors of the burrito, enhancing the overall dining experience. My visit to Anita's was a gastronomic journey filled with authentic New Mexico-style cuisine and impeccable flavors. I wholeheartedly enjoyed every bite and would eagerly recommend Anita's for a taste of...

The food was bad it was pork tamales and it didn’t state it. The guac wasn’t flavorful. The food didn’t taste right. They also didn’t have just queso it was queso and chile sauce. It ruined my whole mood.

Excellent simply excellent. Best hot sauce they serve on the table. Great breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The food is just delicious, and one of the best omelets you can get anywhere. My favorite dish is the Mexican pizza. Like a flat taco. Enjoy!

I dined there and had the 2 Taquitos and 2 taco meal (chicken). The chicken tastes like it came from a can. The rice was flavorless. The only thing that tasted good was the chips. The bathroom was very clean and decent atmosphere but I would not eat here again.

Being from ABQ. I asked for green chilli ? They said red was hotter. They were wrong. However I think being away from University of New Mexico (both original owners were graduates of) Had to .. let's say cool down the spice. Without the spice, it isn't southwest. And without spicy green chilli, it just Mexican food.

Anita’s food is amazing and everyone in the Fairfax staff is super friendly besides the manager, she’s very uninviting & not as welcoming as the servers.

After having not been to Anita's for eons, I've gone twice in recent weeks and am officially hooked. They seem to be one of those locally owned restaurants that is driven to not having a bad dish on the menu. I love breakfast burritos and I think it listed about 15 different types. And they open really early, which I like. For lunch and dinner, if you enjoy fish tacos, theirs are killer! I look forward to exploring the rest of their menu.
Terrible service and waiters are incredibly rude. The food might be okay but the experience overall was disappointing. I wouldn't even bother going back.

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Tried the chorizo con huevos. Great flavor. Comes with potatoes and tortillas. Tried the pork papusa which is delicious. I love the sauce that comes with it. I also ordered a Sanjose burrito and the red chili posole soup to go. Had to have a couple of mojitos. Quite tasty.

The food was not as good here as the last time I went to Anita's in Centerville. Not sure if it was location or timing. The floor on the outside porch was wet and a little slick. I am handicapped and was worried about slipping. Service was quick and pleasant.

Another great value meal at Anita's in Fairfax! Great prompt service even as the restaurant was nearly packed with customers. Where can you get a perfectly cooked steak, Mexican rice and beans (asked for now cheese or dairy) for about $20?!?! Highly recommended!
