This mall location is an upgrade from the stand it used to be. Maybe come to think of it the word is kiosk. Either way my son really loves this place. I find it to be average food flavor and offering wise. We hit this up again yesterday, and he digs the pretzel bites more than I do. Then again as a teenager he will eat anything. This is a better pretzel than you'll find at a convenience store or high school game. They do have a number of flavors. Also I like the pork bites. Unlike him I can have a few. They are decent. Is this place anything extraordinary? Nope but it works for when out and about at the mall. The employees are friendly and looks quite clean to me. I'll recommend it as something different, but again it comes down to pretzels and sodas. I consider it reasonable price.

Pretzels here are hard and a lot smaller compared to other locations. Don’t go here (lower level in Fair Osks Mall). Instead go to the Antie Anne’s located on the upper level, their pretzels are much better.

I would not recommend this Auntie Anne's location inside of Fair Oaks Mall. The staff member (older Asian lady) was extremely rude when my boyfriend and I inquired about a deal that Auntie Anne's was having in conjunction with T-Mobile. Instead of explaining it; she yelled "BUY ONE GET ONE FREEEEE!!!!" to our faces. We were left speechless and didn't attempt to engage with her after that. I would suggest management look into customer service training for their employees.

Pretty standard Auntie Anne's but the service is phenomenal. Typically they cross-contaminate the pork pepperoni & butter which means as someone who doesn't eat pork, I can't have the pretzel. But she quickly worked with me to find compromises like a butter-less pretzel or even just making new butter & pretzels for me. Great, accommodating, family-owned.

Came to this auntie Anne's because my wife was craving a pretzel. We both don't eat pork so when we visit an auntie Anne's we always ask if the butter is cross contaminated with the pork from the pepperoni. They confirmed that it was but offered to make us fresh pretzels without the pepperoni butter. Amazing service and very nice owners. Highly recommend!

Ordered regular pretzel bites which they had to make, waited 10 minutes no big deal. They burnt the batch and then told me 20 more minutes. Since I already told my kids we were getting them I was fine with waiting. They then made me feel bad for wanting to wait

I come here several times a week during my lunch break and Carla always treats me well! She's the only employee that told me about their rewards program so that I could start gaining points to get free pretzels and other perks. She always gives great customer service any time I'm there. I always order either the Sweet Almond or a regular unsalted pretzel. Unlike other Auntie Anne's I've gone to, the pretzels here are very thick and soft.
