I came in and there was one person in front of me to get ice cream. This jerk ignored me and went and rang up TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE on the donut side. So I got in line behind the last person and asked if this is where lines for both sections are supposed to line up. He said he helps all the people, so I said well two people cut ahead of me. He said someone was on break. By the time I was helped, the person had returned from break and already rang a different person up ahead of me! Terrible service!

10/10 Experience . Definitely the best Baskin Robbins location in Canada . I come 5 days a week and the staff treats me like family . Fresh ice cream too , I can tell they have pride in their work . Would definitely recommend this location . Their new employee named Ishan is great, line always moves fast and I’ve only seen happy customers . Don’t usually leave reviews but had to for this exceptional service .

I ordered a hot fudge sundae & banana split. There were 2 women working at that time & neither one of them knew how to make a banana split. Then, after I paid they inform me that they were out of hot fudge. The one women put some horrible chocolate syrup on my hot fudge sundae. I got charged for a hot fudge sundae!! Needless to say, the treats sucked & I will never do business there again!

Came in for an after school treat for the kids. After waiting a few minutes for an employee to even acknowledge our presence, the store phone rang so I get it. It needs to be answered. After another few minutes waiting for the employee to get off the phone, he asks us what we would like, as I go to answer, his cellphone rings and he proceeds to answer it. We walked out. Obviously customer service isn't their strong suit. Never had issues at this place before today. Very disappointed.
Typically, this Dunkin' is top shelf but not tonight. I go there for eat Baskin Robbins ice cream from time to time. Typically - hand-packed quarts are simply that hand "packed", i.e. great value for the money. Tonight, however, the attendant used an ice cream scoop instead of the typical spatula-like tool. This allows for a whole lot of air where there should be ice cream . That means one gets roughly 2/3 quart in instead of an actual quart. 5-6 scoops of ice cream and then a lid - nope. Told them to keep that one and I'll be back later when someone is there who knows how to "pack" a quart of ice cream.

I'd told my husband that I wasn't going back to this Baskin Robbins but I thought I'd give it another try. That was a mistake but for sure the last straw. I went in yesterday, 8/14/21, to get my usual flavors. When I entered no one ever asked if I needed help or told me that they'd be right with me. One assistant was just talking with the guy who had just finished scrubbing the floor. I finally asked him if I could get some help, He acted as if he hadn't seen me while the female that was fixing another order, said nothing. So the one guy comes over and begins fixing my order and the guy who was just scrubbing the floor comes over and is starting to help with my order. I asked him if he was wearing the same gloves that he was using to scrub the floor. The other guy ended up fixing both of my orders. This store is an epic failure when it comes to customer service. I ALWAYS have a problem with getting someone to acknowledge that I'm there even when there's just one other customer. This is a travesty. Yesterday was the last straw. Please train your workers--or maybe you have trained them to not acknowledge certain people? I don't know. Nevertheless, I won't be back.

This place is a major disappointment. There were only two guys working, and neither of them appeared to know what they were doing. The person who scooped the ice cream sat the cups on the counter and walked away. I figured out--with no help from either employee--that we needed to pay at the Dunkin Donuts register. We waited another five minutes while the guy running the register figured out how to ring up the coffee order for the man ahead of us in line. All of the tables were dirty, which was ridiculous considering there wasn't much traffic coming in and going out of the store. And to add insult to injury, the ice cream itself was not very good. Mine tasted old and had ice chips in it. There are better--and somewhat cheaper--options for ice cream in the area.

I waited over 10 minutes for my iced caramel macchiato and they didn't put any caramel in it? And when I got home to call them (2 times) they didn't pick up at all.
