After this review, I decided I'd eat there again that day. Unfortunately, they've just recently been closed because corporate apparently hadn't been paying the rent. Thus, it's seems likely this location at the very least is lost for ever and the brand is set to be lost due to improper management by the Rohan group since they bought them in 2020. It's sad to see this location go down after more than thirty years of business, but here's to hoping the others find a way to survive.

This location is very sad. All they had on the line was broccoli and corn. We could see no chickens cooking. Cash only. We went elsewhere.

Horrible service. I went in he said they could only take cash. He said his credit card machine was broken. I said I'll go outside and place an order for pickup using my credit card. After I do that I come back inside he tells me he will not make my food. I asked why he said he had no food. I said you have chicken right behind you. He said I'm not making your food. I asked for a refund and he refused. I ordered 100.00 worth of food and drove 35 minutes to get Boston market for my family. DO NOT GO TO THIS BOSTON MARKET

They should remove the franchise. Facing financial troubles, they no longer produce the same quality food. My kids turned away the Mac & Cheese they used to love; chicken dry unlike original recipe, corn and mashed potatoes different as well. Only accepted cash, app would not process credit card

The place appearance of the restaurant seems like it is ruins. There was little selection. No fountain drinks.

Excellent food! I ordered a family meal for me and some friends and it was the best value for money I've gotten (other than fast food, but who gets fast food for a nice lunch with friends?). The chicken was very tasty, and I'm glad they included a salad to have healthy vegetables. My friend had the soup so I can't say how that was. The sides were good and plentiful, and the brownies were AMAZING! Our server left a very nice note saying they didn't have enough brownies left so he included some cookies instead, which was even BETTER because they were MASSIVE and had big chunks of chocolate in them. Also I wasn't expecting there to be so MANY brownies! We each had one and I got to take one home :) Very good vibes in the place, too. Tl;Dr good service, good service, good ambiance. 5/5

So we were planning a farewell party for my coworker who isn't an adventurous eater. No one knew what to bring, but he mentioned he liked Boston Market and we all started reminiscing about the 90s. So we decided to carry out Boston Market, excited for a throwback!I placed a couple of orders for some large family meals and desserts. (I had to split it into a couple of orders because when I put one big order in, it pushed back the pickup time by 45 minutes, so I tricked the website!)And then I looked up reviews and was horrified. I was so worried they wouldn't have certain foods available and that everything would be completely terrible. So I also put in an order at Mission BBQ as backup. (I even considered picking up King Pollo but somehow 3 chickens there is more expensive than the XL family meal that includes 3 chickens and 6 sides).Boston Market came through, though!!! The food was ready before the set time and the only thing they were out of was the stuffing, (but we weren't really looking forward to that anyway). Maybe we lucked out because we ordered for lunchtime. The food was ok. We had chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, Mac and cheese, and corn bread. I didn't get to try the meatloaf or ribs... someone at the party must've run off with them. The turkey was ok and I probably should've put gravy on it. Oddly it wasn't much different than the turkey we got at mission bbq--Kind of dry and salty. The cornbread was great and what I remember as a kid (and better than mission bbq's). I didn't get to try the apple pie or brownies, those also disappeared before I got to try them. The mashed potatoes were bland and slightly better than KFC's because it doesn't have that weird aftertaste. The gravy helps. All in all, the food isn't terrible. It probably has gone down in quality over the past couple years (I did look carefully at all the reviews). By todays standards, it doesn't quite live up to the other more expensive places around nova. But sometimes you're in the mood for some ok food. I liked the white meat chicken and cornbread enough that I would stop in again. My coworker who picked the food up said the staff was a really nice Indian family and she was happy we were supporting their business. She said the only thing that wasn't great at the restaurant was that the soda machine seemingly only had water.

Can't tell you how disappointed I am with this Boston Market. Since the management and or owner change this place never has food to order. I have stopped at this restaurant four or more times over this year and every time I have to leave because they don't food to order. I hope they sell the franchise that has better management and or has better process of having food that is available based to customer traffic to the business on a daily basis.

I'm so disheartened at the collapse of Boston Market! The mac and cheese the last two times I tried it looked like it had been left out for hours, and tasted even worse. The sauce has coagulated into flavorless blobs on overcooked noodles. The chicken has gone dry and the sweet potatoes are bland. The people there, however, have been doing their best with how neglected the location is. The staff was friendly and made sure my order was correct.

The chicken was dry. They have changed the mashed potatoes recipe. The manager or owner is rude.y food came in the Chinese takeout container and bag with the smiley face! Never going again.

The service was really good, the food was awful. I came in around 4:30 in the afternoon and there was no white meat chicken. How could you be at dinner rush and not have the food? The people were like I said, very nice. the place was clean. The macaroni and cheese you could tell they had boiled more macaroni and added it to side, so there was absolutely no taste whatsoever.I won't be back.

I'm not sure what happened to Boston Market, I have been here twice now. Both times my order has been completely incorrect. One time I got a meatloaf instead of chicken. Then this time I got the wrong sandwich, wrong side, wrong drink, and wrong chicken nugget entree as well with no sauce. After two chances at this location, I'm done. They need some major work if they want me to ever return. The staff isn't that friendly and just plays dumb that they screwed up your order. The food isn't even that good anymore, it never tastes fresh like it used to.

Food tasteless. 2 slices of Turkey with gravy. Mashed potatoes with gravy and broccoli. Food room temperature. Will not revisit. Parking available.

Unfortunately, this place in the shell, of what it used to be. It doesn’t look appealing to be inside and there are just a few choices. The man that gave me my food was very kind and friendly, and the restaurant was very clean.
