This ice cream shop lives up to their name REAL ice cream! I was excited they offer vegan ice cream because the dairy will hurt me badly . I'm not a waffle cone girl but their waffle corn was delicious and I will definitely be back to try more of their vegan ice creams. The lines are long but they move pretty fast. Street parking is available but limited right out front of the ice cream shop! The employees were great. The cashier allowed us to try two different ice creams.

Worst customer service,taste doesn’t worth the hype .Me and my husband drove 20 minutes to try their viral black cherry chocolate ice cream,unfortunately both taste and costumer service are bad, specially I disappointed with the cashier . Only good thing is the atmosphere there are many cool shops around .Side note ,the waffle cone I ordered tastes like it’s been in the store for quite some time,tastes weird ,definitely NOT FRESH as they claim .

Hard to go wrong at a Bruster's location. They are all usually very consistent and this location is no exception. Staff were friendly and our order was made quickly and correctly. There are so many favors to choose from and different way to enjoy them. Cones, cups, sundaes, shakes, etc. Most flavors remain on the menu permanently, but there are always a couple flavors of the month to check out. They run specials from time to time and have a reward program. Best way to keep up with new flavors and deals/coupons is to sign up for the reward program so you get emailed any specials.

The ice cream is usually very good - I've been coming here since it opened in Fairfax. I also used to go to the shop in Gaithersburg. MD. I wish there was a drive up - and indoor seating. The service is always good - but I don't like this tipping request that is thrown in your face. After all, why are customers expected to pay the hourly wages for these people that you employ? The people at the cash register are expected to take your order and fill it. This is what a cashier does. Making desserts and scooping ice cream is their job. I find it very rude.

Called them at 950 to place order as a courtesy to them because I didn't want to be that person that shows up at 959 to order, I was told that they are washing their spoons and couldn't order ..Blown!! I am appalled. Customer service is awful just about everywhere these daysZERO STARS!!

Loved visiting Bruster's for an ice cream after our evening meal while visiting family.There must be over 150 flavours to choose from as we were definitely spoilt for choice. I personally loved getting a waffle bowl and having two different flavours, but the options are endless.There is plenty of parking available on site, and there are a small selection of tables outside to sit and enjoy your ice cream. I can't comment on price, I managed to get away without paying every time we visited! ?
