This place has changed management, renovated the whole restaurant to a more rustic feel and upgraded everything from chairs to walls, to even better waiters.I gave it another try with my friends and was pleased by the all positive change.

We were visiting from Miami an wanted something different. Great experience. Staff were very attentive. All food was great including the kid's menu. Fried oreos are a must! They have a fire hour from 2pm to 4pm with $5 margaritas that were also great. Highly recommend. Ask for Mo (Morrice) when you get there. He was so hospitable. Amazing customer service. John the boss was awesome. He was working just like the staff. Open concept, very clean, lots of TVs, and vibrant atmosphere. Remarkable selection of Top Shelf Bourbons. The wings are meaty and delicious. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

Our table ordered 10 wings, a smashburger, a 10" buffalo pizza and 3 drinks. Price came to $72 with tip. Extremely expensive but at least you get excellent food and service. My son called the wings the best he ever had, my smashburger was awesome but the pizza was just ok. Nothing really wrong with the pizza, it was well made, just not the type of pizza we like. I wish they had pricing for wings for an entire table, not just 5 or 10 wings per order. Overall, I would recommend Buffalo Wing Factory as the service and food were outstanding. I just wish they would get their prices down a bit, which admittedly is difficult in today's economy.

BWF for the win every time. You have to try the Green Goddess Grilled Chicken Salad.Wheelchair accessibility: I took my mother-in-law who is currently wheelchair bound. The staff was very accommodating. The manager even held the door for me as I wheeled her outside after dinner. Thank you!

Today was the second time the to go order of wings were hard as rocks. No excuse for a wing place to have such poor quality wings. I am extremely disappointed. Was told last time that it was a one off and wouldn’t happen again. I am moving on.

We've dined in and done takeout a fair number of times. They have a decent happy hour, so recommend for that. As far as foods, it's pretty standard bar food. I like that they have vegetarian options for wings as well. Most wing places don't, so that's a bonus in my book. There have been occasional issues with online orders, but such is life it seems these days. I like how they've updated the bar area in the last couple of years.

The food is okay, service is also not bad. Personally haven't had any bad experiences. The food is a hit or miss but i still enjoy going there with my lady for some wings. It is alright is the best way to put it. I recommend it. Try it and see what you think for your self. Hopefully this review helps!!

Decent food. I enjoy the Buffalo grilled cheese. However, service is subpar. The place is very well lit; which I like. My only advice would be to get more staff or more efficient servers. This place would be a great go-to if that change is made.

A friend and I stopped by after a long day in court to grab a beer and relax our bartender Courtney was the life of the party! She was so funny and very knowledgeable about the food, gave a suggestion from each section of the menu, as well as shared with us her favorite sauces from each sauce category! She kept us laughing and we throughly enjoyed our evening. We will be back for sure just to see her. Great food great place and hands down great service!!!!!
