I was in a nearby building doing errands, and needed something for lunch on a weekday. This Cafe popped up on my map and I didn't pay a lot of attention because I just wanted something quick and convenient. So I was surprised when I got there and most of the food was Korean or thai, ordered pad Thai because even when it's not great it's good, and was really surprised to get served some of the best pad Thai I've had around DC even in fancy sit-down restaurants. It is buried in a large office building, there are seats down there but no real atmosphere. But I got a really tasty lunch for 10 bucks. Impressed!

Leaving this review to counteract the idiotic DoorDash driver that said he was going to leave a bad review just because he had to wait 10 minutes for food.I make a 90 minute drive to this restraunt at least once a month to eat their food. It’s always fantastic and the staff treat everyone with much respect.

Cafe K Review★★★☆☆Cafe K offers a mixed bag of experiences. Their Philly cheesesteak was definitely satisfying, and the Korean coffee was an excellent and unique treat. Unfortunately, I'd recommend steering clear of the teriyaki chicken. The sauce was a one-note blast of vinegar, completely lacking in the savory, sweet flavors you'd expect. If you're in the mood for a cheesesteak and a coffee adventure, Cafe K might be worth a try, but be prepared for potential disappointment elsewhere on the menu.

The suggestion for this Café popped up while i was trying to decide what to eat. Since it was a very cold day, I decided to get the Bulgogi Ramen. I ordered thru Grub hub and it was delivered rather quickly. The liquid was separate from the solid food. I'm ok with that. I get my bowl prepped and notice that I don't have an egg. The egg that is pictured on the menu was not included with my ramen. I called the Café to inform them that I was missing the egg and was told that it did not come with it. I explained that it shows online that it does. She repeated her statement and that was the end of the conversation. So now I simply have a bowl of ramen and Bulgogi. At least the Bulgogi was cooked well, The liquid was ok, spicy, but not flavorful. Just a bit disappointed. "What is ramen without and EGG"

We ordered Cafe K for delivery last night, and we had never heard of this restaurant - My roommate was craving kimbap and decided to just go ahead and give it a try!Their menu is large, with items from Korea-China-Thai-then Philly Cheesesteaks! [Food: 4 out of 5]Kimbap-- 4 out of 5 - it was honestly really good, but it every bite was slightly salty. My roommates and I were trying to figure out which ingredient made it salty, maybe the tofu? egg? spinached blanched in salt? Nonetheless, the kimbap was good, and I would definitely order again.Korean Fried Chicken: 5 out of 5 - I was expecting this dish to be .. like the korean fried chicken you would get at bonchon, but it was more like chicken nuggets/tenders. The chicken was still crunchy when it arrived to our place. They served this dish with rice, lettuce, tomatoes and BLUE CHEESE. The korean fried chicken was "spicy" sweet/sour flavored, and paired well with the bluecheese. I never thought to eat my korean fried chicken with blue cheese... but I actually ate every single bite of this dish. Chive Dumpling: 3 of 5? - This "dumpling" seemed like a chive pancake, that they just happened to cut into bite size pieces. My fiance thought it tasted only like tofu. The "dumpling" was definitely on the doughier side, and tasted kind of bland. The dish came with sweet chilli sauce for dipping, which made it slightly better. The sauce wasnt thick like typical chilli sauce, but it give the dumpling the extra flavor it needed. All in all, I would definitely order here again - or go instore for more!

Honestly I love any bi bim bap and kim bop combination but last night had the worst stomach indigestion ever for like two hours. I think they must cook it in something that didn't agree with me or maybe I ate too much or too fast. Shame because it tasted good just not overnight. I'm okay now but yikes!!

I heard about this cafe as a "hidden gem" in a business park. For those walking from the surrounding area, it certainly is hidden! We were intrigued by the late hours since not a lot of eateries nearby keep late-night hours. Because it's in a business park, I felt like the inside was a little bit sterile. It feels like a souped up break room at work if that makes sense. Ordering is relatively easy via a touch screen. This place is definitely introvert friendly. We got kimbap and cupbop which were fine - nothing amazing but also not bad either. We also liked the selection of board and table games. It's not the most comfiest/coziest place to settle into though. Overall, if I was in a pinch for decent late night Korean/Thai food and a place to chill out to kill a bit of time, this would fit the bill.
