Shabu Shabu is a type of hot pot dish in which you dip meat slices and vegetables into boiling water, season them to your liking, and enjoy them. This type of food is perfect for a cold day. We had Shabu Shabu at this restaurant and found it to be delicious. We also enjoyed the appetizers we ordered. However, it's not an all-you-can-eat hot pot place and we felt that the portion sizes were a bit small for the price.

As an Asian, I highly do not recommend this hotpot!I ordered kombu soup base, but what I got was boiled water + kombu soup, which was completely lacking in flavor!There are 2 kinds of seasoning sauces, which are very dark and have a very strange taste. They are sesame paste + minced garlic + chili oil + minced green onion.Yuzu soy sauce + minced green onion + spicy oilFor staple food, you can choose from white rice or brown rice, which can be replenished unlimitedly.The clerk will ask you to take down all the ingredients and cook them. After cooking, they will help you put them into a big bowl and turn off the fire on the stove. Customers will not be able to enjoy the fun of cooking and eating at the same time!The only two advantages are that the brown rice is delicious and the beef slices are tender!
