This Chick Fil-A is inside Fair Oaks Mall right next to Panda Express. The food was a bit greasier than meals I had at other Chick Fil-A's. It was fine though. What wasn't fine was the very long wait which was about 15-20 minutes just for one combo meal. Not much else to really say. It's just a regular Chick Fil-A inside a mall.

Service kind of slow cashier was nice person handing food out didn’t look like she wanted to be there at all had an attitude couldn’t catch her name. Dining room experience 10/10 Art Kelly was such a sweet person making sure I was enjoying my food and wasn’t missing anything or wanting more sauces/dressing. He made my night customer service from him was one I’ll never forget. :)

I came into this Chick-fil-a hungry and I left less hungry. A woman named Roberto did her job and the job was done. The service was service indeed and I paid for the food in which I had bought. I ate the food and the food did fill my hunger but the old guy walking around was walking. Food was good 3/5

Such a terrible operation and a manager on duty, Roberto Chang Chian, for usually top notch brand. Ordered frosted coffee and no warning from the cashier, it would take extra long. Waited and waited, then found out my drink was continuously stopped to be frosted by the manager, because he wanted the floor underneath and the side of the frost machine to be micro-cleaned. After waiting almost 10 mininutes, I made a complaint that they should make a drink first since the customer had been waiting long time and clean later. Being in the restaurant industry for past 30 years myself, that was indeed right thing to do. I told him I wouldn't have ordered the drink if it would be delayed like this. But instead of making the drink right away, he went to the register and gave me my money back in cash, that was actually short because he didn't calculate taxes correctly. What about my time waiting! No apology whatsoever!

This food grosses me out now. To be fair I don't think it's a location problem but a franchise wide food quality issue. The breakfast wraps are wet, soggy, and full of tasteless eggs. The chicken isn't what it used to be. Makes me sad

I've never been to this Chick-fil-A in person, but their delivery through Door Dash is impeccable, and the drivers are professional and attentive. The food is always fresh and delicious and it arrives at the correct temperature (milk shakes cold, warm food warm - hot).

8/24/22 *It would seem once again another one of my reviews has been removed. Once again I will continue to put them right back.* Back during 2020 I took a trip to Fair Oaks Mall. I wanted to see how life was outside of my house. Phase two had already taken place and this meant barbershops, salons, spas, restaurants and other places were open again. Chick Fill-A could be smelt all the way down the hallway and I had to have me some of that. I had nuggets on my mind, but the chicken breast looks good too. I believe I went with the chicken nuggets, but the sauces and all the condiments were now behind the counter for management to control. Judging by another Chick Fill-A I have been to in 2022, this hasn't changed and will most likely become a permanent feature. The mall wasn't dead empty, but wasn't packed full of people either. Chick Fill-A wasn't nut to butt either, but it was busy. Yes, even during the pendemic of 2020. People love this chicken. Now that I have been talking about this place, I am thinking about buying chicken nuggets. I might just do this tonight...or....make me some chicken quesadillas. I will see what happens after work. I think a Chick Fill-A in the Mosaic Center here in Falls Church would awesome.

I always have a pleasant experience dining at the Chick-fil-A at the Fair Oaks Mall location. I remember years ago I actually met one of CEO'S and He was one of the most pleasant and kind people I have ever had a conversation with. His picture was on the wall of this location at the time.Well, I said all of this to say I had another truly wonderful experience this past weekend and this time I remembered the the name of the individual - His name is Art Kelly, what a pleasant man he is.Before we could sit down he greeted my daughter and I with a Hello! and proceeded to wipe down the table and sanitized the chair seats. How refreshing is that!!!He didn't stop there - he came back later and asked if we needed extra sauces or more to drink. What I found so extraordinary about him was he treated each individual with the same kindness.I truly love the words "Customer Service". I give this Chick-fil-A location six stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for being able to implement what most eateries can not.Thank you - Art Kelly for your service!!! ?I said a little ?? for you.

I remember I worked here 12 years ago or so for maybe a month. There was a $100 bill in my register that went missing apparently, so they took me into the managers office to grill me. I had no idea who took it, but obviously were trying to accuse me. I was offended and soon after quit, but not without them having deducted $100 from my final paycheck. I just remembered this experience and decided to leave you a 1 star for treating your employees like garbage and illegal practices.Imagine deducting $100 from an innocent person who quit because of the accusations, while the guilty party probably continued working there and made a clean extra $100 that day.

charged me 7.40 for a sandwich and med drink when the meal is $7 and sum change then then didn’t give me fries then charges me 2.30 for fries . $10 for a meal… really
