Chef Yan is usually quite good, dishes are flavorful and generous. Take out Saturday with spring rolls (excellent), dumplings (very good), mu shu pork (very good), and beef with eggplant (excellent, a favorite). Also ordered hot and sour soup, which had no chicken or any other protein, no shoots or carrots, nothing but liquid, a couple mushrooms and egg strands. And it was so hot we could not eat it. Great food. Good service. Great value. We were the only non-asian customers, so that must mean something. I didn't really like the duck, but it was probably dumb to order it at a place that doesn't specialize in it. Everything else was delicious.
