It truly saddens me to have to write this review. Regarding the arcade, almost 20% of the games are slightly broken, require service, or eat your credits without alerting you that it’s out of service.I’ve been coming here for many years and watched it slowly become terribly maintained which is sad because it’s such a fun place to go.1. The basketball hot shot has lifted floorboards that stop the balls from rolling out,2. the gun trigger is jammed on big buck hunting, 3. the clown knockdown game doesn’t reset the bottom row of clowns,4. the games which require throwing the small red balls are missing almost half the balls they usually have,5. the mini hoops inflatable punching controller takes credits without telling you it’s not working, 6. the ring toss game has almost 1/3 of the bottles not lit or registering scores,7. most of the basketballs in all of the games are all deflated,and this is only among the games I tried to play. Please bring this location back up to what it used to be!!
There was an advertisement for 80 dollar unlimited games week. I asked if I got one of the cards does that mean I can just scan my girlfriend and I for games and it be unlimited? The front desk girl said yes so I bought this option. Some games required credits still and there was also a 60 second forced delay between scans I was never told about. I couldn’t ever compete with my girlfriend because games auto started within 15 seconds and if one of our games ended early (us both playing as one player), which a lot do, we had to wait at the machine for the unnecessary time restriction to restart. False advertisement and disregard for customer satisfaction.

I wish I could put no stars. I used to love this place but not anymore. The service here was just terrible! The bartender and the server both were very rude to me and my friends. The worst thing tho there was a mouse next to our table!!! I’m so disgusted that I ate there. Definitely if I ever go back I won’t order food. Neither visit the bar. I’m very disappointed at this place.

Come for the games and food. Want service? Not there. It's not even in their mission statement which explains a lot. Lucas rude from the start, and the other staff not even wanting to help. I was walking to find a server and they all ran away from me. Diego, the manager, also avoids us. Maybe it is how they are trained, our server also gave me the wrong food item and claimed it to be what I ordered, also claiming he worked there for 4 years but when I looked at the receipt it was the wrong item. Maybe he needs 4 more years to get it right.
