WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE FOOD. This is what they got me as a cinnamon bread twists. I called the store and they said they will make me a new one. I came back and the “manager” didn’t even apologize when I showed him the order. I asked for a refund and he said that the new order was the credit for it. I was hoping the new order will be as it supposed to be but guess what? It was the exact same thing. One of the team members approach me and I explained it looked the same he said there is nothing they can do so they will cancelled. They got me the ticket and when I was heading out he said “enjoy!” After having to come back and wait for nothing. They had the guts to say enjoy? I am reporting this to whoever I need to but you guys are the worst customer service for Dominos. Truly disappointing, not even a apologized not even a decent customer service. Never coming back here in my life. Disgusting food and disgusting experience.

There is no customer service in this store. I asked them for a clean cut Pitza when I entered to the store and got them cutting my Pitza without cleaning the cutter. This is the second time I got them while they cut my Pitza with out cleaning the cutter. So I decided to stop buying from Dominos. Those who ask for a clean cut from this store, make sure it is really a clean cut.

I received my order incomplete, they forgot to deliver my drink and when I called to the store on Dec 08 at 7:04 pm and the guy said that they will send my drink in one hour because they are busy after that I ask what was his name 3 times and he never answered after insisting he said his name was “Mike” and he was the manager. Totally disappointed about the customer service.

Order took 25 minutes longer to deliver, than the estimate. Not a huge surprise considering that it is likely a busy night.Problem is, there were items missing from our order. When I called the store to try and resolve, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. When I called back, in case that was an error, no one answered.Paid for items we didn't receive, with no way to remedy.On busy nights like this, most of us assume service will take longer. Not having adequate staff to address QC issues, that's on store management.

This store is extremely hit or miss. Sometimes your pizza arrives quick, hot, and correct. The next time though it will take way longer than the quoted time, be incorrect, and cold. It's always a gamble here. Generally though you get a free pizza coupon automatically in your email when they're late though.

Not only were my two medium thin crust pizzas delicious and a great deal, I left my credit card there and these folks made sure to keep it in a safe for me til I realized I was without the card the next day. I mean, what more can you ask for in a pizza joint than for them to make your pizza right and be completely honest and honorable? Treat them with the kindness and respect they deserve, and they'll treat you like kings and queens.

Service is declining in this store… At one point this was one of the stores with the best customer service and the food was perfectly made always. The last two times I have ordered from here have not been good experiences. Yesterday when I got home there was barely any cheese on my pan pizza which the manager replaced with another exactly the same and the crust was soggy. I’m not sure if there’s a shortage in cheese but when I order pizza, cheese is the most important part. The previous staff was perfect, let’s please get the food back to excellent quality.

I called and they stated 15 minutes while I patiently waited. My 3 nieces fell asleep. And I called back and said you guys lied the dominos worker hung up the phone on me ? worse service ever..!!!!!

Store 4234 in Fairfax, VA went above and beyond to rescue our group. Communication went awry with a pizza party for our group of hungry 100 8th graders. The crew at this Dominos had 35 pizzas, drinks and salads with plates, napkins, forks and cups delivered to the hotel in under 45 minutes. The guys helped us set out the boxes and we’re extremely helpful and engaging. The pizza was delicious, hot and satisfied all these hungry teenagers! The Program leader said it,”the pizza was better than what the hotel provides” and added ,” this is the best pizza I’ve ever had!” And hopes we can get it from Dominos every year during their event

Just wanted to shout out to Jared (?) I hope Im using the right name. He made sure that I got the ranch cup that I ordered. He was so polite and kind; I really appreciate him. Sorry I didn't get to say that to him in person. The majority of the ppl who work here r good though and quite pleasant. :)

Updated review: Poor quality feel sorry for delivery people, tip is based on food quality which is horrible. Tried another order and I think quality is worse then last time. $22 with tip two hard thin pizzas, dry and was more like left over, that sat out for a week then fresh cooked. Think twice before ordering anything but pizza from here. Better off buying frozen pizza from grocery store cooking it at home. The cost of food & delivery for such poor quality food isn’t not acceptable. Last time ordering from this Domino’s after ordering 2014-2022 here quality and service is too bad to confine. Chicken Alfredo was burnt, dry, no sauce, bad. Wouldn’t call this sandwich a sub it was everything lacking what chicken parmesan sub should have. Pizza, pineapple & ham looks not good. Overall unhappy with this order $31.05 for this type of food is too much.
