Cook the pizza !!! Stop serving undercooked food! Those wings are too expensive for you to not sauce it in the sauce. The bbq sauce was drizzled on top of bare wings. I hope everyone reads this message and the bad reviews before mine and stop shopping here because they are careless with food that people are expected to consume. It’s not even crowded or busy but they are rushing when prepping food…LAZINESS

Zero stars if I could. Made an order through the app, and they cancelled my order. Called the store and was immediately met with bad attitude from the associate on the phone - who I later found out was the manager. They said my address was way out of their zone and I was 25 mins away from the store - googled it myself after the situation and I was only 3.6 miles away which is 10 mins so she lied. Additionally, the app picked the store location for me based on my address, so I am unsure as to how the app would select a store out of zone but anyway. When I asked if the associate could check and let me know the closest dominos location to me she said "no I won't". I then hung up the phone. Called again to check the status of my refund as that was the only money I had access to for my meal. She was unable to assist so I asked to speak to a manager and the associate immediately hung up the phone on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager again, at this point I was pretty heated. The manager - who is also the associate - then tells me that I was rude to her first (which was not the case) which is why she was rude to me. As I am asking a question with regard to the order she then proceeds to say "I don't have to talk to you if I don't want to" and yet again ... hangs up the phone. They left every call I placed following unanswered. This is the most pathetic service I have ever witnessed. If you are unable to assist customers and resolve issues, then don't work in a customer service position. No worries though, I have a recording of the conversations and will be sure to take this matter further and escalate it. All I have left to say is DO BETTER Domino's.

I had my husband pick up from this dominos instead of our usual over on Old Keene Mill road. We ordered 2 pan pizzas. Basically I ate a small slice and noticed it tasted kinda funny. The pizza was completely gooey, raw dough in the middle and there was a “gum line” all the way through. I called dominos and the woman I spoke with said I needed to ask for it well done, I told her I just want it fully cooked through, not well done. I even googled how to fix the undercooked pizza because I wanted my son to eat something and came across someone talking about how pan pizzas need to be pushed back further into the oven and I explained that I found that on google and hope it helps. They did a remake and I paid the delivery fee and tipped the driver.The two new pizzas had a hard bottom, burnt around the edges, and again undercooked in the middle. Like gooey doughy undercooked.This dominos in University Malls oven is either broken or they have an inexperienced person making the pizzas over there. However, the Old Keene Mill road dominos is awesome, maybe they could have someone go over to Braddock road Dominos and train them how to make the pan pizzas??♀️Also they don’t except $50s, so if you have anything larger than $20s, you gotta walk over to giant to break a $50 to get the undercooked burnt pizzas

This store doesnt understand the concept of "extra" whats the point of paying for extra when you get the same amount as regular? and they also dont give you any points towards your pie rewards what a joke.

My boyfriend ordered some pizza and this dude.. the driver left it at the store twice the pizza was ordered at 7:44 PM and it was 9 PM and I was thinking where the hell is my food. This place is a 1/2 mile away and they take over an hour to deliver. Should have known better than to use Dominos .. they are a terrible company will never order from them again
Imagine. You work at a hospital, rough day, bunch of calls, didn't have time for lunch. You decide to reward yourself with some pizza. Well, driver forgot it at the store, system wasn't updated, and you ordered it at 7:44pm it is now almost 9pm. If I didn't have such a rough day and eaten lunch I would've been fine but this is just despicable. I called for a refund so I can just get food somewhere else but nope. Stuck here waiting for what probably will be a cold pizza. I am filled with this enormous amount of rage and starving. So do I recommend this place no. Update. They forgot the pizza again at the store? How is that possible? Got the refund but not going back to this store again.

Ordered for curbside pick up. My wife got to the area and I clicked here and followed directions. According to my wife no one came out and no one came to the car. After 15 minutes of her waiting I called the store where the manager Lexi was very rude about the process saying she went out there and didn’t see a car. When asked what protocols they have if they don’t see anyone she said that she just went back inside. No phone call to the person who ordered and no notification that the order was attempted to be delivered curb side. After arguing back and forth I was able to finally cancel my order. This is the second time we have had a bad experience with this particular store

I just wanted to give a big shout out to Rebecca for her excellent customer service! It totally made my day, and I would say, she definitely deserves a pay raise. This Domino's location never failed to please our family. Thank you for all that you do!

They are 10 min from my house. It took the driver 40 minutes to deliver the food. It was cold AND wrong. I drove to Dominos requested they remake it and drove home in less time than it took the driver to deliver it the first time. The staff there also seemed confused as to why I was upset that the food took so long and was wrong. I will never go to this Dominos again.
