let me just tell you, i am a dunkin GIRLY. and this has to be the best dunkin i've been to nationwide, by far. the staff is nothing but pleasant upon arrival and they go above and beyond to be so welcoming and cheerful. they are diligent to your order and have never gotten it wrong. they actually double check with me if i switch up my order to ensure there are no mistakes and that i am satisfied. these guys are great and deserve all the credit!

I’ve ordered online before, got my whole order wrong and nobody notified me. I went to go in today to get two donuts, no employee whatsoever. Waited several minutes and just left. The service is terrible and the selection is also terrible. This is the first time they’ve ever had anything good and the person wasn’t even there to take my order. Poor quality service. Wouldn’t recommend it.

I just stop at this location trying to get a box of coffee.And the person was working say they don't sale box af coffee at this time at 3:00 pm.So a did drive the one is in fairfax circle for my box of coffee
Nice staff. Easy to order ahead for in-store and curbside pickup, but there's no drive thru. They're frequently out of munchkins (donut holes), and specialty donuts and baked goods seem to sell out quickly, so get them in the morning.

The man who owns this franchise is incredibly cheap. Consistently their coffee is so watered down. It's right on my way to work but despite trying it a dozen times I have not had one cup of coffee here that met the dunkin standard.How do they get away with being so far off what the other locations give??I won't be back. They also burn all of the pastries. They gave me a croissant that was completely scorched and were too cheap to redo it properly. The lady working there said they get yelled at if they remake anything.I hope someone from Dunkin corporate comes here and does some secret shopping, they would be appalled at what goes on with their brand. This location should be shut down.
