Went later in the day with some friends. The guy working there, Caleb, was super nice and made the experience very enjoyable. He went above and beyond his expected duties and we had some good conversations since we were the only people there at the time. Highly recommend!

This location in particular is HORRIBLE. Recently, I placed and online order. When I arrived to pick it up, they were not open despite being within the posted operating hours. I waited for 15 minutes and nobody showed up. i called the location and there was no answer. Despite this, they still charged me for my large order.After this, I reached out to Dunkin Donuts customer service who said I would be contacted within 2-3 business days. I was not. I followed the instructions in the email from customer service to let them know if I have not heard anything. It has been over a month and three emails and I still have not been contacted.Additionally, I have not been refunded for my order. I will not be providing business to this location in the future. They are inconsistent, extremely slow, and dishonest.

i always mobile order, since it’s most convenient for me. my drinks are always ready as i walk in the door, but sometimes they forget my donuts, but are always quick to grab them for me :)

This is a busy DD but the staff who work here are way more interested in talking to their high school friends than they are in waiting on the customers. Do not go to this location after the local high school lets out. I just waited 10 minutes for a plain hot coffee. Rather than filling orders, the two employees were chatting with a bunch of their friends from school. When I interrupted them, they executed the perfect teenager eye roll and continue talking to their friends rather than feeling my order. Time for some new staff. Seriously.

I went Nov 5 around 6:30 and there was a young guy working. He was very nice and helped me picked something new out when the product I wanted was out. He was super patient and kind even though I came in very close to closing!
