This location never seems to be able to get a standard coffee or food order correct. I’ve ordered the exact same standard ice coffee from other Dunkin locations across NoVA and this location messes it up so badly every time. They also seem to always way overcook or undercook orders of hash browns, bagels, and other basic food items. This location just seems to not be able to get anything right. Not sure what his name was but whoever was working tonight (3/24 ~6 PM) was wonderful! I've been to this location before and they never quite make my drink taste right but this guy did it perfectly! Even though he was by himself, he was quick with the line and was efficient with getting orders out. Very kind too. Amazing job!
