A fine if small bakery tucked into the back of a strip mall, the Fairfax Bakery brings Turkish inspired foods and pastries to the area. Their pastries, of which we have sampled a number, are excellent as are their breakfast sandwiches. The Turkish breakfast platter is a Mediterranean adventure as is the baraq (sp?), something like a filled bagel. Their Turkish bagels are a real treat, and for those who like sweet coffee so is theTurkish coffee. Go early in the day for take out pastries as by lunchtime they are often sold out. Recommended for take out and for a quick breakfast in the small sitting area. Pleasant service.
Get the Tahini Roll! Great selection of pastries, good coffee. Wait time can get a little long, but that's just because they are so popular. Will be back!

I stopped by here a few weeks ago for a coffee and muffin. They were both delicious, but most noteworthy was the service. I was traveling for a nearby vet appointment and had my bird with me, so I couldn't leave him in the car alone. I called and requested curbside delivery, and the staff person kindly provided it. I tried giving her a cash tip, but she refused.Thank you so much for your kindness. It can be stressful making a 4+ hour round trip with a pet, and you made my day brighter and eased some of that stress.
Nice spot to grab a quick bite. Pastries were good and staff were nice. It’s a smaller bakery so not a a lot of space to sit. More of a grab and go concept. They should provide at least one refill on dine-in tea orders.
Delicious latte, fresh and tasty breakfast sandwich, and delicious pastries. The place was very clean. The service was kind and quick. I wish I lived closer as I’d be here regularly.
