i'm a returning customer. they best bowls in northern va with unfortunately some of the WORST service. i love this place but one/two workers can be really rude and dismissive. one woman was very passive aggressive when telling me the store was closed, 40 minutes before their website has posted. the one other woman i've interacted with had a similarly negative attitude. however after noticing i tip on my to-go orders her demeanor seemed to improve. whatever. their portions are...read full review
Overall, a good experience. I had the Brovacado and a Bubbly soda. I do wish they had forks and knives, but they don’t. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, which makes this a positive experience. I would recommend this spot to anyone and I would come back again the next time I am in the mall.
