“A fine if small bakery tucked into the back of a strip mall, the Fairfax Bakery brings Turkish inspired foods and pastries to the area. Their pastries, of which we have sampled a number, are excellent as are their breakfast sandwiches. The Turkish breakfast platter is a Mediterranean adventure as is the baraq (sp?), something like a filled bagel. Their Turkish bagels are a real treat, and for those who like sweet coffee so is theTurkish coffee. Go early in the day for take out pastries as by lunchtime they are often sold out. Recommended for take out and for a quick breakfast in the small sitting area. Pleasant service.“

“David is the reason I had a great meal and experience. When I saw that the menu had changed and asked about vegan options, I was disappointed. David went way out of his way to make sure I didn’t have a boring, steamed veggie meal. He double checked all ingredients with the chef and I had the stir fried Buddha’s Feast with tofu. “Chirashi bowl here is my favorite. It's assembly is so pretty and it's very filling. The variety and quality of fish is really good! Service is fast and accommodating even when busy. My dad's allergic to egg, so they make sure to avoid adding imitation crab in his dish. Ambiance is casual and comfortable for any occasion dining. Seatings a bit cozy because it's a bit smaller size restaurant, but it doesn't feel too claustrophobic.“
“Ever since moving to NOVA, I've been on the hunt for a great Italian bakery and am so happy to have found Bisnonna Bakeshop!! I ordered the "We're Butter Together Box" and had it delivered. It was super quick to ship. My favorites were the Italian Butter Cookies and Rainbow Cookies, and I've already ordered again to share with visitors. “I always rely on True Food for its delicious yet healthy food options. We just had lunch there and loved the ambiance - the combination of wood tones and greenery created a relaxing and comfortable feel. The staff member who greeted us was welcoming and friendly, and our server provided attentive and speedy service. Our food arrived within minutes of placing our order.The food was exceptional, especially the edamame dumplings appetizer. They were perfectly seasoned with soy sauce, dashi, white truffle oil, and herbs. The True Blue Grass-Fed Burger was also a great choice. The Peruvian pepper sauce added a pleasant kick to the burger, while the caramelized onions provided a sweet contrast to the blue cheese. The Korean Noodle Bowl was similar to Japchae, made with sweet potato noodles and veggies. However, it had a subtle citrusy flavor with garlic. Our drinks, Kale Aid with Greek yogurt and Bright Eyes, were both healthy and delicious. Their vibrant colors made them a feast for the eyes.I'm looking forward to revisiting True Food soon to try some of their other tasty and healthy options.“
“The restaurant atmosphere is very charming. The food was very good and came out quickly. The service was very good as well, my only suggestion is that the servers who have long hair should tie their hair back. When the food and drinks were being served, the waitress leaned over the table and her hair brushed the table.“

“Every time I think about the gym and my need to lose weight, someone brings me a delicious treat to twart my progress. Today, my colleague brought us a vanilla pound cake with a heavenly icing that made me smack myself after I ate my third slice! I've had the lemon cake and the birthday confetti one (I screwed that up) and dear lord, they too were amazing! The selection is amazing and especially if you are in a hurry and need something pre-prepped like a charcuterie board, or pre seasoned beef, or unique wine or beer for a party or for a Thursday night. I always shop here. It's a little expensive but I can find Everything here vs going to a couple or three other stores.“

We especially appreciate their lasagna's good quality, delicious taste, and generous portion size. “The crepes are delicious. We love that they offer gluten free so it’s worth the 25 minute drive. We make sure to eat lunch beforehand, otherwise you can spend $100 on food there and still be hungry when you leave.We noticed that they are not filled nearly as much if you order ahead vs if you order there.Our favorites are the French toast and the apple with cinnamon.We have always had no issues with finding a place to sit, but there isn’t many tables.Overall, our family loves this little place. Definitely a nice treat. We want to go back and try the gluten free waffles next time!“
