Very unprofessional whoever was working 3/7/24 at 5:40-6:00 pm. The lady who was working this time and day was gone for like 20 mins before we could even order a cookie and when she got back she immediately came in and sat on the floor ?♂️. When she helped us she then dropped the tongs on the floor and picked them back up but didn’t wash them. After that we just decided to leave because of the uncleanliness and how unprofessional she was.

I was excited to drive to 40 minutes to get some of Great American Cookies, since they are the only location near me. I've always had a good experience with some soft really good cookies. Not this time. I purchased the buy 5 get one free. The cookies were not fresh, and seemed more than a few days old. This location is ruining the Great American Cookie name. I am so disappointed and unhappy. Sadly, I will just have to wait until I go out of town to get some fresh and soft Great America. Cookie.

Sunati was absolutely amazing! I called in 10 minutes before getting to the location to see if they could make a last minute cake. She was so helpful and the boxing gloves are not a part of their traditional designs and yet she did this all free hand! By the time I arrived and placed/paid for the order it was done in 20 minutes (probably less because I walked around the mall). Great customer service, delicious cookie and icing! I love this place. Thank you again Sunati !

My instructions for the cookie cake were pretty vague but when I followed up over the phone the lady who helped us took extra notes and the cookies turned out beautifully! We were so pleasantly surprised by how cute they were. They really did a great job and were early for pick up!

I needed a Minion cookie cake for my soon to be 4 yr old for a birthday party the next day and the lady working quickly threw a 16" in the oven and drew one up based on a picture on Google. Thought it was pretty impressive. It was $12 additional to have a custom picture drew out but whatever. Overall a good experience! Wait times may vary pending on staffing. She kept getting interrupted from other customers but she was the only one workingThanks Suvarna

I wanted a custom cake for the same evening, and attempted to place an order online at 5:15. They close at 7, and require a two hour minimum for such things, so I thought I was out of luck. But I desperately wanted a cookie cake to make my son feel better about a bad day: so I decided to try calling the store directly before giving up. And I’m so glad I did because the kind woman who answered said she would actually be happy to make the cake for me and have it ready in half an hour! Hooray! She did exactly what I asked, and it came out perfectly. Double Hooray!Unfortunately, I couldn’t quite understand her name on the phone, and she was gone for the day when I arrived, so I can’t thank her by name here in this review. But I truly appreciate her help and the awesome service by her and the store overall.The cake was excellent and we will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Great American Cookies! Your cake made my and my son’s day. Yay!!

I went into the store and ordered a specific cookie my daughter wanted. I had to order a cookie larger then I needed because I was told the specific design would not look good on a smaller cookie. When I got home the design I wanted was not on the cookie. When I reached out to the company they pretty much told me there was nothing they could do. They said I should of ordered it online and not over the phone. I explained to them that I came into the store and showed them a picture from their website of what I wanted. They then said the design I requested was not on the ticket. I'm not sure how that is my fault since the person at the store wrote it down. Finally they blamed me for not checking if before I left. Maybe I should of but if they aren't going to make it right after you leave the store with the cake they should have you check it before they leave. I wasn't expecting a full refund but they could of at least taken some credit for screwing up and not try to blame me. Terrible cus service from the manager of the Beavercree, Ohio store!!
