Superbowl Sunday. Placed order at 11am for 5:15p pickup. That doesn't matter because they don't do orders in any order.. it's random. I've been here 2 hours

We put our order the day before Super Bowl and called the store to make sure it would be no problem with our food being ready at 6pm. When we arrived, we were told that it will take over an hour for our food to be ready and all they can do is just return our money but that is it. Apparently our order was put in 15min before it was due…ON SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!!! Then told us that the people sitting there in the restaurant is wait as long as we are for their food. When I asked a group sitting there how long did they wait to get their food, they said 15minutes! The manager lied! Will be contacting corporate about this!

The bartender and waitresses are great but the Manager with a Mohawk (said his name was Gnash) is the rudest individual you have ever met, rushing customers out of the store before closing time, force closing customer tabs at 11:30 even though the bartender hasn't called last call and clearly states she wants to wait until 11:45, then I also noticed every girl was short at the end of night and had to pay in with the most horribly sad look on their face, as if they were getting robbed, horrible situation.
The wings are the best. Stopped at the Fairfax Va location for the first time as I was passing thru. The server was very friendly and had a lovely smile. The wings was perfect. So glad I made the stop.

The day shift manager at this location is a lazy and liar. We asked for Army/Navy football game that was playing and he said no channel. Didn't even try to check. The game was showing on CBS which is regular channel for all network . This guy is lazy, all he do is walk outside every 15 min. probably to smoke and do nothing.

Good service as always...The night manager on 19 November came to my table and asked how I was doing and asked about my day, he really cares about the customers. The food was hot and came out fast.

It's truly been AGES! Popped in for the MNF game, and very surprised with a lot of their practices, menu, and their service in such a great way. Just thought they had regular bar food, and with that being expected and said, didn't expect anything of value to their service, but man was I wrong.Shrimp App; Absolutely wonderful and so tasty!Fish tacos; One of the best I've had, yes, surprisingly!Service; Ridiculously goodManager apparently goes around gettin' to one another (don't see that anywhere now) and we got the chance to meet acquainted w/ Peter.The hospitality, the checking on the food, all the way down to ensuring everything as separated to die not having g anything getting soggy (ordered take out as well) was extremely on point. Tossed extras for everything as well INCASE anything was needed once back to place. He superseded expectations and thought ahead for our sake when some aspects may have even slipped our minds.

Good food, especially all varieties of wings. Thankfully they have added back prices to the menu, so you know what things cost now. The service is excellent and the staff friendly. If it's an exceptionally busy evening, it may take 10-15 minutes to get a pitcher of beer, but that's unusual and only in extreme circumstances. Be sure to check the specials, they're often a good deal.

The food they offer is boneless wings and it is breast and the manager was not friendly he didn't care that I didn't want it and I returned it in other words he didn't care the customer didn't give a solution he just said that's what they call boneless wings they usually come in. Monday and today I tried something different and I didn't like it because it is not what they advertise the manager was not friendly nor did he give a good impression of customer services that was bad and the manager just said nothing can be done
