Flavorless broth and expensive food. I don't know how this place got good

I love the single family sized burner tables to keep small children away from hot surfaces. I also like being able to sample two broths (spicy, mild). Our server was very family friendly and that is why I recommend bringing your family to this restaurant. This restaurant fills up fast so I recommend arriving early or late to beat the crowd. I think we got the last parking spot in Stryker mall. There were three guys blocking my car upon departure but they moved upon request. We came hungry and left very full.

I really enjoyed the AYCE selection. We were very full afterwards. The staff was also very nice and attentive. Our waiter even brought me an apron to wear because I was wearing a white sweater. We will definitely be coming back!

This is one of my favorite hot pot restaurants because of the variety of protein, veggies & noodles that they offer. What actually made this visit so great was our server Roslyn. She was very attentive (we never had to wait to put in extra orders), genuinely sweet and has a great disposition. On top of it all, they were understaffed and yet my table received amazing service. We were very pleased with our dinner tonight.

This is a great place for hot pot. It's all you can eat, so you definitely don't feel as overwhelmed by the options. I really liked the beef tongue, flavor of the tilapia, and fish balls. Dumplings could have used a bit more flavor, and were a bit hard to cook. I also like that you can pick from 6 vegetables. Service was nice as they held onto one of my guest's credit card after they lost it.Overall, highly recommend.

Food is awesome. They're my favorite for hotpot. I should've entered the sauce raffle! I was alone on a Sunday and seated at the single pot bar. The girl server was very nice to check on me all the time but I only needed a single serving of all my orders. It was satisfying!

First Hot Pot experience and we loved it. The service was super attentive, so we were able to try lots of different foods. I really enjoyed the items you don't see every day, like quail eggs, wood ear mushrooms, and lotus root.My son is hooked and keeps asking when we can go back.Do not miss the lychee Shirley Temple! It was delicious.

Initially a 5/5 for the price, consistent service, variety of food and taste but I had a pretty bad stomachache for a few hours after, so lowering it to a 4/5. I probably just ate something bad, rip. DINNER - 32.99 I got the SHABU SHABU BROTH soup base, which was lightly salted and flavorful. I definitely drank lots of the broth throughout because the veggies and meats only added more flavor to it. I would recommend giving all the meats, seafoods, starches and vegetables a try if possible. Our table of four tried more than half of the available items, but I'll list my recommendations: + PRIME RIBEYE BRISKET + FATTY BRISKET + LAMB + QUAIL EGGS + FISH TOFU + DUMPLINGS - super tiny, lol, like you can eat 4-5 in one bite + SQUID - great texture! + WIDE VERMECELLI - loved the chewy texture + WATERCRESS - we got lots of this + ENOKI MUSHROOM + NAPA + BOKCHOY + WOODEAR MUSHROOM + LOTUS ROOT We also enjoyed the sauce bar greatly! I mixed some savory sesame paste with heaps of minced garlic and chopped scallions. Definitely a mild combo that went well with everything. We had a Groupon (pay 18.00 to get 30.00 off) which saved a couple bucks per person, given that we had a party of 9. The AYCE experience is two hours long, which was more than enough for us. We all ate until we were very full and satisfied.

Such a great place to enjoy AYCE hotpot. You select 3 from the meat, 3 from the seafood, 3 from miscellaneous meats, and 6 from vegetables.Very attentive service to add more items. You get a choice of family or individual pots for hotpot. There is something for everyone.Enjoy!

I was somewhat disappointed with the food here, especially considering I'm a avid hot pot eater. While the pork belly had good flavor and quality, the pricier meat options were sliced excessively thin, almost to the point of falling apart. Despite being an all-you-can-eat establishment, I expected thicker cuts for the price. The family hotpot we ordered was tasty, but there were some issues: -Several items we ordered never arrived, even after multiple requests to the waitress. -When we asked for a soup refill, they simply added hot water, diluting the original flavors and colors. Overall, the quality of the food didn't match the positive reviews. The additional charge for the pot broth felt unwarranted, as it tasted unpleasant and the meat wasn't fresh. Additionally, the food choices were limited. While the waitress was friendly, she seemed overwhelmed, resulting in slower service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. Also on a side note - the manager kept bugging my friend about trying to get a job there. He said he remembered when she first applied but that was like.. 3 years ago when she did.

I was a bit disappointed in the food. First time here but a regular for this type of place. Polk belly was good flavor and good quality of meat, however, the expensive items (meat) I sliced super thin. Thinner than anywhere else. Thin like it falls apart when you pick it up thin. For the price I think a little thicker cuts. I know it is all you can eat but surprised this place got as good as reviews with the quality of the food.

Both their service and food were very impressive. Our server(he said he’s from China) was extraordinarily helpful and nice! Even if he looked so busy, he kindly kept asking if we’d need something and everything’d be good. My husband and I really enjoyed the meal and spent good time at this restaurant. Highly recommend it!

We both came before dinner time. So it was not crowded. Tom Yum soup that we ordered was not that great. There was not even lemongrass flavor to it. We felt like they were just put a punch of seasonings powder to the soup. Other than this, meat and vegetables were fresh; seafood could be fresher. If you want to save, then go around lunchtime. Dinner is pricey nowadays.
